We do full inspections and thorough cleans before every check-in, and we take guest comfort seriously - especially with things like the kitchen setup and mattress. For future guests reading this, we can confidently say this is a well-maintained home in a fantastic location, with a great cleaning crew and responsive support behind it. This seems to be a one-off experience, but we always take feedback seriously.
