This was such a great stay! Super spacious and well equipped home. The neighborhood is definitely a plus. You can walk to parks and the lake, and during our stay, there were also some concerts close-by we got to enjoy as well. Would 100% recommend this place and would love to stay again!

Lovely boho chic decor. Less than 10 minutes walk to beach! Bueatiful park for the kids really close by. Ferry to Put in Bay 3 min drive or 20 ish minute walk away. No televisions in the individual rooms, living room & master suite only, but if you came to see the sights no problem.Tandum parking for atleast 4 car. We will book again.

Great location for what we did, the sink broke on a sunday morning and they had somebody lined and fixing it on monday . The communication was quick on any issue and response was always helpful lots of room . We felt that the cleaning could be better , the wives were both very clean people and the men are used to clean. In the past we have stayed in some well stocked houses and we gave them some suggestions and i think their team is all about improving

Great place for a family

Our family stayed here to enjoy a weekend away together. The house was very clean and they provided lots of little amenities that would be very appreciated by families with young children and those traveling with pets.

Family Birthday Gathering

Great locations to The Orchard and Gideon winery. We had a great stay for a family birthday. Plenty of room and nice kitchen space for our brunch set up.

We enjoyed our stay. We already shared several concerns with the host including troubles with the smart lock. I would only add that the one large cooking pan needs to be replaced. The non-stick coating has worn off.

Everything Was Amazing

Nice clean space the host is very nice always commutating & making sure your stay is perfect lots of space and close to a lot of things too do will stay again and will recommend people to stay their as well

Our family was very disappointed with this property. The description was very misleading, and the pictures of the outside were a serious misrepresentation. There are trains that run all night that literally shake the house. The upstairs was very warm and we were unable to cool it adequately. The neighborhood itself is very rundown. I will say that the house was clean, was very well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the inside was very well done. However, I would not recommend staying at this home if what you want is a “lake feel”

The nearby train activity is also disclosed in the listing so guests can review that before booking. Great stay near the winery and brewery we had dinner plans at for a family Birthday party. Large family sitting area and dinning table . Plenty room for all to gather together.

Lake trip

We enjoyed the time at your property. It was a nice opportunity for our family to get together to remember my mother who passed away. The lake was her favorite place.

Fish trip

This was a great stay. We were there pretty much to eat and sleep. Spent all day on the lake. The property is very clean. Lots of room and very comfortable. Dan was was great at making sure we had everything and anything we needed! Very smooth process from booking all the way through the stay. Thanks again!

Dan and the whole team are really on top of everything! They answer extremely fast and help out with any problem or doubt you may have. They were great and we’ll stay again for sure if ever in the area again. Train can be annoying, but nothing they can do about it. Washer and dryer by the kitchen was very hand and helpful. Gate by the stairs for dogs to stay safe downstairs also a plus.

The owners were very nice. They replied quickly and promptly addressed issues. Unfortunately the building itself was somewhat rundown; the floors were uneven and broken in places and the stairs were hazardous. While the immediate location wasn’t the best and the nearby train was quite loud, there are a lot of attractions nearby including Lake Erie and a safari where you can feed various animals.

It was a cute house but no ac upstairs the fans didn’t hardly work upstairs but it was a good house on the bottom leave to stay in and hang out with the family and watch tv or play cornhole outside
