Couldnt beat the location of the house walking right off the deck onto the beach! The house was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked! The host was wonderful and responded immediately to all of our needs!

5 STARS. My second stay at this property. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!Lovely oceanfront home with lots of updates.Very clean. Responsive owner and so pleasant and personable.Literally step off your oceanfront porch and relax and enjoy the gorgeous views.Hated leaving but can’t wait to return.Fully stocked kitchen.In our group, we had 4 adults, one teenager and three toddlers. Great place to stay for families or couples.Close to everything.Thank you Mei…you’re wonderful!!

Property was nice. Very close to the water that was great! Make sure your linens are arranged we didn’t get ours until next day. The owner was kind enough to let us use hers. Owner is very responsive.

We enjoyed a most excellent family vacation. Direct ocean access with stunning sunrise and sunset views. Also close to shopping. We would stay here again.

This is a great house, we plan on renting it again Open the door and the ocean is right there, great porch, equipped kitchen with useable pots & pans. Fans in the house, beach chairs in the garage. By far the best house we have rented in Topsail over the 10 yrs we have been coming. Comfortable furniture & plenty sitting room. It has been upkeep well. My family had a great vacation & felt comfortable & relaxed in this rental.

Our host was so generous when it came to check in and out times of the beach house. The house was beautiful and the master bedroom on the top floor was over the moon to surprise our best friends! Thank you and hope to book another stay soon

We have been coming to rent a house on the beach here at topsail island for 22 years and this is the nicest house we have ever rented. The place is perfect.

Great stay owners were very accommodating and awesome to work with location as close to beach and sand as you can get we certainly hope to stay again

We enjoyed our stay very much. It's a nice house right on the beach with modern amenities and a nice layout. The host is fantastic to work with and is very responsive.

The most beautiful ocean views. The kitchen was very equipped and the whole house was clean and comfortable. The Host was easy to communicated with. Very fun and relaxing long weekend!

Our family stayed here thanksgiving week 2025. We had a blast. The house was perfect. So close to the water. Even sitting on the deck felt like you were on the water. Open concept really kept the family that much closer. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great beachfront location with awesome view. Mei replied promptly and was a pleasure to work with during our limited contacts.....no need for more as very happy with stay. Would stay again

This house is great for several people and being right on the ocean makes it wonderful! Location was perfect for our group and we enjoyed the spaciness of the home! Would stay here again for sure!

The location was excellent and the views just beautiful! The biggest problems was the roaches were huge and the place needs to be sprayed and the bathtub upstairs needs fixing. Having said that I would be go back!

Beautiful Beach Stay

The beach house is great for a large family or group. Lots of indoor room with a beautiful view. Some of the kitchen appliances could stand an update but it was well stocked with cooking utensils. Overall a pleasant stay.

The home was beautiful! We had a family of 10 and fit perfectly. The home was clean and well furnished. We will definitely stay there again. This was our first time to this area. The views are breathtaking!!

Perfect Stay

We loved this home! The accommodations were very comfortable. We made a mistake with booking linens and the owner saved us and was beyond accommodating and gracious. Love the spot so much one of our guests rebooked it again for two weekends later.The deck is incredible. Big windows to appreciate the views -, really a lovely spot.
