Our beautiful, oceanfront home offers a large great room, five bedrooms, and three full bathrooms. You will enjoy the sweeping ocean view from the living, dining and kitchen areas.

The second floor is occupied by a master bedroom (16 by 33) with a king-size bed and an ocean-side balcony. The main (first) floor has 4 bedrooms: the second master bedroom with a queen bed and an in suite full bathroom, next to it, a king bedroom, across hall way, a queen bedroom, and a kids room with 4 twins (two sets of bunk beds). The 3rd full bathroom is on this floor in the hallway.

A fully stocked kitchen has all major and small appliances - microwave, electric stove, full size refrigerator, toaster, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, blender, electric kettle, etc.. There are five TVs - living room, master bedroom upstairs, kids room, king and queen bedroom. We encourage you to visit at topsailvacationrentaldirect dot com for more information.

The house has its own private beach access and is several houses away from the public access. and is non smoking and pet free..

Perfect Stay

We loved this home! The accommodations were very comfortable. We made a mistake with booking linens and the owner saved us and was beyond accommodating and gracious. Love the spot so much one of our guests rebooked it again for two weekends later.The deck is incredible. Big windows to appreciate the views -, really a lovely spot.

Great View of the Ocean

We enjoyed our stay. Kitchen is great and has everything needed to cook. At high tide, ocean literally comes up the the steps but with low tide, you have plenty of beach.The outside of the home is dated and needs cleaning but the inside is clean and well kept. We plan on staying again.The view is the best part of the rental. We spent most of our time in the rocking chairs just watching the birds and the dolphins and listening to the waves.

Beautiful hone

Beautifulhome and beautiful setting. Loved that it was right at the beach. High tide literally came to the bottom of the back steps and i loved every minute if it. The upstairs bedroom was huge, and had a gorgeous view! The back deck had a beautuful view asell

Beautiful home and views!

The home was beautiful! We had a family of 10 and fit perfectly. The home was clean and well furnished. We will definitely stay there again. This was our first time to this area. The views are breathtaking!!

Great Stay!

Everything was wonderful, location was absolutely perfect. I had a question about the upstairs shower and the owner texted back within seconds, and the problem was resolved. Everything was exactly as described, no issues at all. Would stay here again next year if we could!

Perfect Family Week at the Beach

You can’t get more oceanfront than this house!! We loved sitting on the huge porch in the mornings and evenings. It’s perfect for a family as most everyone is on the same level. The living area, dining area, and kitchen are all attached which is a wonderful layout with children and the view of the ocean made cooking and cleaning more enjoyable!! We loved the house!!

Family Fun

The property was clean and the owners were there when we arrived and were very welcoming. Outside of property was a little dated, but we had a fantastic week and would definitely stay there again. I have never stayed in a house where we were so close to the water.

Very relaxing

The house was VERY clean and well laid out. The beds were all very comfortable. Recent updates were very nice. It could use a couple more cosmetic updates, but nothing major. You can't possibly be closer to the water. At high tide, the water is almost to the bottom of the steps, so no long treks in the sand. The beach isn't crowded at all in the middle of the summer. The owner was very responsive to any questions or issues. Overall an excellent experience with this property!

Amazing Stay

Kicking off the summer with this ocean front stay-we loved the layout of the home. Kitchen had everything we needed and everything worked great. Mae was great/easy to work with and she even offered great information regarding the area and the real estate throughout the coastal area. This home easily accommodated our adult group of 6 and could have added a few more comfortably. Beds were comfy as well. Thanks Mae for a wonderful stay!

Perfect Vacation- Easter on the Beach!

Communication was great right from the start. We knew exactly what we needed and what to expect. Once we arrived the house exceeded all expectation and it was simply beautiful! Perfect location and Mia was the best! We had everything we needed and we were able to relax and feel like we were home. I would come back EVERY YEAR! the beach was right there, Kids hunted for sea shells and we went for long walks on what seemed like a private beach. Peaceful and every morning having coffee on the deck we watched the dolphins swim by they were only about 50 ft from the shore it was amazing! We had the full family there using all bedrooms and there was plenty of space for everyone. The only thing I can say would be sorry to the host my Grandkids loved looking at themselves in the long mirror in the Kitchen and I am sure they left Lots of finger prints behind. Cant wait to book this home again.

Beautiful Beach Stay

The beach house is great for a large family or group. Lots of indoor room with a beautiful view. Some of the kitchen appliances could stand an update but it was well stocked with cooking utensils. Overall a pleasant stay.

Beautiful oceanfront views throughout

Huge windows and strategic layout give this house an uncommonly complete feel of being right on the beach, not only outside but from the kitchen, the dining area, the living area, and from the huge, secluded top-floor master bedroom. Well-appointed throughout - a genuine pleasure.

Needs updates!

Very disappointed in the pictures that were falsely advertised from 2018 versus the actual house in 2023. A lot of differences. The house was built in the 70s and for the price we paid for a week in October, I advise you to look for another house. Gnats were a problem throughout out stay. Upstairs bedroom reeked of musty smells. Carpet needs cleaning. Bathrooms need updated. Water pressure was an issue with one of the bathrooms. Outside steps to the beach was a hazard. The set of stairs closest to the beach were very steep and I can't believe they passed an inspection. Windows were so nasty that we could not see outside. Outdoor furniture definitely needs an update. Updates needed in kitchen with refrigerator and stove. Stove took forever to heat up. Very disappointed in the price we paid.

Updates needed?

There were four senior women staying at the house. While we all had a very good time, and the hostess was absolutely fantastic, there were some concerns by some that the place looked rundown. Some of the women in the downstairs bedroom is felt the rooms had not been cleaned adequately, especially the bathrooms. But this may have been more wear and tear than actual dirt in my opinion. The photos online we’re obviously older, because there was a lot of rust, visible boards, coming away, light fixtures that didn’t seem to work or you didn’t know what they went to, lack of adequate lighting on the stairway to the upstairs bedroom. The location was superb, and the beds were very comfortable. The listing, as I recall, indicated that we would not have to bring our own linens. This was not a problem, but it would’ve been nice to know in advance of the actual booking.

Fun family trip!

This property is.amazing and very competitively priced. We pushed check in, so the cleaning service was rushed, which likely was the reason for a slightly lower score there. (If a 4.5 had been available, that is what i would have done). Normally, i am sure that would have been a 5 also. The biggest positives leading to the overall 5 rating were.the incredible location and the host's nearly instant responses to anything we asked. You could not ask for a.better host, and that is key. Things.will arise, but your host's responsiveness is the diffference You willl enjoy staying here!

Perfect for our family of 7.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay at Slow Dance, although we nicknamed it the Giant Pumpkin. The location was absolutely perfect for us. The beach was never crowded and it was situated far enough from the town to feel secluded yet close enough to get whatever we needed within 5 minutes. The house looked just like the photos. The views are amazing from upstairs in the Master Bedroom and my favorite place, the main floor and kitchen. The deck is spacious and has plenty of furniture to accommodate many activities. I enjoyed relaxing with a cup of tea and reading. The best part is the proximity to the beach. We just walked down the steps and there it was. Absolutely gorgeous. Mei was very friendly and responsive and the entire process was easy. We will absolutely book with her again and stay at the giant pumpkin.

The Best House For A Family With Multiple Kids

Mei was quick to respond and extremely accommodating! I think she genuinely cared about us enjoying our stay. The house felt CLEAN and was stocked with everything we needed! Plenty of space for multiple people. The view of the ocean from the living room and kitchen was my favorite. I could cook/clean while keeping an eye on my kids when playing on the beach. It was perfect.

Perfect getaway

This home was everything we needed for our stay with room to spare! The property was clean and very well stocked with kitchen necessities. The deck is where we spent 98% of our time! Steps to the beach and beautiful weather every day! Mei was very easy to communicate with although we needed or wanted for nothing with the home itself. Can’t wait until next year!
