The hosts are wonderful and responsive, the location is unbeatable for walking to restaurants and bars! Also this sounds silly but there were so many towels and we loved that because sometimes there are 1 per person and that was not the case!

Sara and Rowan were very quick to respond to questions I had regarding the cottage. The cottage was clean, the beds were comfortable, the street was quiet, and the bottles of water and snacks were very thoughtful. The neighborhood is very walkable and we appreciated the recommendations on what to do and where to eat in the area. It was nice to be able to park in the back as well. If you plan to cook, you may need to buy oil and seasonings because there weren’t and but it did have everything else we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

What a great location! The cottage was perfect for my coworker and I. We enjoyed both nights out on the front porch. Highly recommend.

Great property. Very convenient to downtown Nashville. Germantown neighborhood was very quaint and quiet, but property was within walking distance to numerous bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to a couple or two friends traveling together. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching the locals stroll.

We loved the location, close enough to Broadway to be a quick drive but far enough away to be quiet. The neighborhood was pleasant and walkable with great restaurants nearby. (We really enjoyed 5th and Taylor.) The house was perfect for our group. We appreciated the snacks, the detailed instructions for use of the TV, WiFi, and the sweet little front porch for our morning coffee. Having the private parking area at the back of the house was a bigger bonus than expected as the area is busy and parking can be an issue. It was nice that our checkout instructions were short and simple. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and good for a smaller group or family of 4-5! Had a small group in town for a volleyball tournament that got rained out but we were still able to walk around Germantown and close to other great places.

It was a great place to stay. Very clean and cozy. The bed was so comfortable. I loved it. The only sad thing is that the weekend went by too fast.

Absolutely perfect location for walking all around Germantown! My daughter loves there so that was the central area we wanted to stay in. Beds were extremely comfortable and plenty of towels provided.

Nice little cottage in the middle of Germantown. Nicely appointed, older property that worked well for my wife and our adult daughter. The property has some quirks but no deal breakers. Walkable neighborhood with good restaurants just steps away. AC blew super cold which we appreciated. Free parking in the back was great. It’s a short hop to downtown.

This was the cutest, homiest place! Having the parking in back was really nice since the streets fill up in the area. The owners were super responsive and really had the property set up with everything you could need. Loved it!!

Everything was great! Some of the towels had stains but no big deal. I would also add a picnic table to the back yard. Great shady trees. Also maybe a rug between the two beds.
