Stunning 3 Bed Home with South Facing Solar Heated Pool at Tara Golf

Gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom solar heated pool home backing on to 1st fairway of Tara Golf Course. If you choose, your rental comes with a nominal golf membership option with a 1 month minimal stay. Relax by the southern exposure pool with a drink after dinner or dine at the club in one of the best restaurants in the area.

The home has been completely renovated with new furniture, kitchen appliances, floors and paint. The rental also includes cable TV, broadband internet.

The master bedroom includes a TV, king bed with walk in shower and closet while the second bedroom includes its own shower and double bed. The third bedroom features three single beds with walk in shower.

The home has two living rooms with one featuring a pull out couch for extra sleeping, a large flat screen HD TV as well as a separate dining area with comfortable seating for eight.

The clubhouse is a short walk from the lanai and includes besides fabulous dining a state of the art fitness area and spa.

Lovely Location

This house has a quiet neighborhood atmosphere, yet it provides easy access to major thoroughfares and is close to numerous shopping and recreational sites. The pool is well maintained, and the golfers are visible but not distracting. Evenings on the back patio were very quiet and relaxing. Communication with the owner was pleasant and easy. We would stay here again sometime.

Perfect getaway

Perfect house for family. Central living areas, bedrooms all in own area so felt like each family member had its own area. ( traveled with adult children). Close to 75, easy trip to beaches and river. House had everything you need.

Great Place

We had a great stay. The home was as described, the property was clean and the home amenities suited our families need well. The pool deck and pool were very nice, however, we visited in November, and the solar heating was not significant, I may have misunderstood the description of the heating, but assumed the water would have been warmer for swimming during November. Overall great stay, would definitely come back.

Sarasota Trip

The home was spacious and in a nice quiet community. We enjoyed the private pool. The house had all the necessities needed for the week but can use a deep cleaning. The owners were responsive and accomodating.

Nice Getaway Week

Large 3 bdrm house. Beautiful screened pool & patio. House was very well stocked with towels, kitchen equipment, spices and all condiments. The only thing I would addto make it 5,-star would be a little cleaner. of

Great Property

The house was in a great neighborhood and was very spacious and clean. I would probably not stay here again ONLY because it's too far from the beaches. I've just decided that it is too much trouble to drive that far for a beach day.

Fantastic home

This property was an excellent place to stay, well equipped with everything you will need for an enjoyable stay, either as an adult or family group. The house is spacious enough that you’re not on top of each other, but intimate enough should you all wish to be together, and the pool is fantastic. Would recommend to anybody looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay.

Very comfortable Stay

We love this home with a pool on the golf course. Sand hill cranes greet us in the morning. Very quiet neighborhood close to 75 to get you to Sarasota in no time. We love the area. Lots to do. Good restaurants. Owners are very easy to contact with any issues.

Florida family getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is conveniently located near stores and restaurants, and a quick drive to beautiful beaches! The home was clean and situated on a beautiful golf course. The hosts were amazing and very accommodating with schedule changes, and were very responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home to others!

Fabulous property -- highly recommend!!

Beautiful house that has everything you need for a great vacation. Indoor and outdoor space was perfect. We used as home base for a trip to universal and family visits in Bradenton. Easy drive to beach. Kids loved the pool. Pauline and Stu were very friendly and quickly answered any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again in future visits.

Vacation stay

Property as described. with exception of garage space. This did not take away from the lovely property. We loved the extra bathrooms and the master suite. Pool was wonderful. We enjoyed the house and amenities. Would stay again in the future.

Perfect holidays

We came from Germany and stayed two weeks at this very nicely modeled house. Our 4 year old sun very much enjoyed the large pool area. From our first contact with the owner Stu we build a good relation and received very helpful information about the location and the atractions arround. Everything was as described and shown in the pictures. We would highly recommend this property to our friends.

Family Spring Break

The house was spacious and beautiful. It had everything we needed to make our week stay enjoyable. The screened-in lanai and pool area was wonderful for having a refreshing swim or relaxing in the jetted spa attached to the pool. It also made outdoor meals a fun and a laid back experience. We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay. The location was extremely convenient to get to all the activities we were interested in. It was near public golf courses (within a 15 min drive) which my husband and son enjoyed several times and we were able to get to several of the gulf coast beaches in the area within 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. We would highly recommend this property. Definitely would stay here again the next time we come down to Florida.

Nice house in a fantastic location!

We are a family of 5 that love to golf and play tennis and this property is perfect for that. Very nice layout; spacious and clean. The location is very accessible being not far off I75. Located close to shopping; Publix just up the street. Ellenton only 10 minutes away one way and UTC 10 minutes away the other. Stu and Pauline were very accommodating and responsive. Would highly recommend it.

Fantastic Location

Everything was perfect. Everything was clean, well stocked, well taken care of. Location close to Sarasota and neighboring small towns. Happened to be the Orchid Show at Selby Gardens. Close to good restaurants. Pool was perfect. Enjoyed immensely Safe quiet golf resort. Able to watch the golfers play around us. Sadly we saw no alligators but we had a very vocal Sandhill Crane visit we would definitely like to rent again

Beautiful "Home away from Home"!

My family and I stayed at this home in July. It's a beautiful "home away from home"! Quiet, clean and private neighbourhood. Close to all amenities- Shopping, restaurants, grocery stores. We arrived late in the evening and the house was equipped with everything we would need to get our stay started. Home is very spacious- plenty of room for relaxing and/or having fun! Beautiful lanai with large pool and hot tub for enjoying the sun! Home owners were always available if we had any questions right from booking to the end of our stay.

Vacay is here

This property has been one of the best choices I’ve been made to stay in Sarasota/ Bradenton area. My Family and I stayed for a week and was a very pleasant experience to stay - enjoy and rest. Rooms and Bathrooms were big enough and súper comfortable / clean. Beds extremely comfy for everyone. Kitchen my favorite one lol. But also Pool area!! That I can’t decide where to expend more time chilling lol. Great neighborhood for morning joggers. Wonderful close area for shopping eating and Last but not least to go to the beach. Highly recommended 😀

great villa

we stayed in the villa for 2 weeks and it was perfect for us, as it is finished to a very high standard. the pool is excellent and overlooks the golf course. the villa is in a superb location as it is close to local shops and restaurants. it is easy to drive to the beaches of the gulf coast. it was an easy process to book and pay for the rental of the villa with the owners, who are very helpful. as someone who has stayed in many rental villas in Florida in the past, this villa is the best we have stayed in. the villa is an ideal location for access to events in Tampa where we attended the baseball, soccer and music concerts. we will use this villa when we return to Florida.

We chose to buy at Tara after having rented on several prior occasions. We also chose to accept the advice and recommendations from freinds who were well established at Tara and who had as well made recent purchases for their homes.

Our home has arguably the best location on the golf course. It is a short walk to the amenities of the clubhouse and the practice range as well as next to the 9th green and 1st tee. We also enjoy the proximity of the ocean and the city of Sarasota with its many world renowned cultural activities.
