We stayed for 9 days in June 2026. The host was helpful, answered any questions we had within a few hours. The only down fall for me was the TV situation it said not to sign out of Hulu but someone had done it before our arrival. When we went to try and use our own subscriptions we needed a password. I didn't feel that it was necessary for us to reach out of the host because we stayed out in town most of the time but if someone stays at the house and wants to watch some TV then it could be a issue. The only other issue was the commute to Lido Beach where we like to go when we visit itwas about a 30 minute drive no fault of the owners I knew this before the stay. Definitely recommend for future use.Thanks for the stay the Barkers.

Great location and pools.

Enjoyed the proximity to restaurants, stores and friends. House fit our needs and loved the morning coffee out on the pool beck under the lanai.

Great accommodations

Pool was very relaxing, neighbor Ralph is great, house was immaculate, very spacious and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Spacious, in a great neighborhood

The house had plenty of room; owner was very responsive to questions. Neighborhood was nice and it was easy to get to restaurants, shops, etc.

Great stay

This house was perfect for our family, with lots of rooms but open space too. It was bright, clean and felt warm and welcoming. I especially loved the master bath and the kids loved the pool. The house was well stocked and close to grocery stores and restaurants too.

Nice Place!

Every single thing we needed was in the home. Plenty of space. We really appreciated the Washer and Dryer and the community pool which is heated! Thank you for hosting.

Stay at Sabal Harbour during US Masters Nationals Rowing Championship

The property is within easy commuting distance to Nathan Benderson Park. The layout of the property was excellent. The Dophin pool was excellent, well-cared for and very much appreciated after rowing and competing. I would certainly stay here again in the future.

Excellent place!

Everything was excellent! Couldn't have asked for a better place. House was beautiful and clean. My children loved the pool. It is not far from Walmart or grocery stores.

Really nice Villa, great location.

Great villa, fully equipped with everything you may need and clean. Great outdoor area with a nice pool which tops it off. Not far from Sarasota and some lovely beaches. Nit picking however, there are two large trees out back that do restrict Sun light at certain times of the day. Overall very enjoyable stay, would recommend.

Excellent vacation property

We had a fantastic time staying at the dolphin Wave villa. The property is in a perfect central location for all amenities. It had everything we needed and the property manager acted very quickly when we had a minor problem. The villa is very handy for shopping at University Parkway Shopping Mall and Ellenton designer outlet stores. We also visited Anna Maria Island and Bradenton Riverwalk which was really good as the dolphins were in abundance when we were there. There are so many places to eat but if your looking for wings and pizza Casa di Pizza is the best place. Tampa is only an hour or so away too. We would definately return.

The home was very nice and well kept. It was exactly as described when we reserved it

The property was clean and nice. It was exactly as described and suited our family well. We had a little trouble reaching a member of the management company but was able to reach the owner through your VRBO app to resolve the situation by the next day.

Bradenton 2024

The place was clean and stocked well with kitchen supplies. It was in a quiet neighborhood but close to the beaches and restaurants. When we had issues with the place, Joe was always quick to respond and resolve the issues. We will definitely come back when we come back to the area.

Just as expected

The property was very nice and well accommodating for my family. We enjoyed our time. My kids wished the pool was a bit bigger but it was not because of false advertising, it was simply because I chose a house with a smaller pool haha
