This house is the perfect 2 bedroom you could find. Perfect location, all the right amenities- we had a business function so we needed a place to sleep and hang out in the evening. This house was perfect. We had a few minor issues and the host was prompt and courteous and responded quickly - Thank You LaToya

Everything was wonderful! And the host was pleasant and responds quickly. This is an adorable, little home.And clean!The bikes were a great asset to get to the parks and such around the area. Not too far of a drive to South Charleston, Sullivan's Island and other places.

Loved this little bungalow. It’s in a great location. Walkable to restaurants and bars. It’s just the right size. Clean and updated. We really enjoyed the screened porch. Latoya was excellent with providing all the information we needed for a wonderful stay.

Very responsive host. Kitchen was stocked with dishes and seasonings, easy check in/out process. Had some issues with the tv/internet and even though it wasn’t a super big deal, LaToya went above and beyond in trying to get the issue fixed. Will definitely check availability next time work brings me up here!

It’s a great place. It had what you needed and easy to walk or bike into town. A few things it could use, is a welcome packet that let you know the Wi-Fi code, bike lock code and maybe just a little bit of water in the fridge just so that when you arrive late you have something to drink. It was really a great stay!!! Great location to walk to cafe restaurants ect

Good little spot, as described. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking basics. We had a couple of minor issues which the host was able to quickly resolve.

Nice little house. There were some supplies to help things along and we didn't run out of anything. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was updated.

Cozy Cottage

This is a well appointed home with plenty of towels, toiletries and kitchen supplies. The master bedroom is very comfortable. We will stay here again!

North Charleston cottage

Close to all the action of Park Circle, this is a great place to stay. The shops and restaurants are a short walk away. The accommodations are comfortable with a great screened in porch and backyard fire pit. Overall, a great experience!

Wonderful!

The house was just as described. The kitchen was well stocked. Our host was very responsive. The porch and fire pit were also perfect for our stay. We highly recommend this place.

Great Spot/Great Host

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at LaToya's house, especially the back porch! Park Circle is an awesome area with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. LaToya was very responsive and the neighbors are super friendly.

This house was perfect for our stay. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and Park Circle is nearby. Park Circle has a beautiful park and facilities. I am sure that kids would enjoy it!

Cozy Stay in Charleston

We loved staying at this property which was less than a mile from the Admirals House where we attended a wedding over our weekend there. Its a cozy little house, we enjoyed being able to make own breakfasts with the full kitchen and we definitely made use of the amenities, including the bikes and fire pit. Ordered out from Evo Pizza nearby one night and it was amazing. Would 100% stay again on a return trip to Charleston as well as rdcommend to anyone else looking to stay.

Porch Perfection

This property was exactly as listed and fit all our needs! The listing title is true---the porch is the seller. It was great for morning coffee, reading, and convos. The location was close to downtown Charleston and all the beaches! The kitchen was better stocked than we had anticipated as well. Overall, a wonderful experience!

First time to Charleston

My best friend and I have taken a spring break trip together every year for the past 10 years. Some years we go small and some we go big. We have always wanted to see the beauty and charm of such a historic city. Charleston did not disappoint! Our little house in Park Circle was absolutely perfect. The neighborhood was so cute and gave us easy access to everything we needed/wanted. We would definitely stay here again. The restaurants were tasty and the people were so kind. It was a really great experience!

We were in town for an event at Riverfront Park and this was very convenient location. The house was small but offered everything we needed for our quick weekend stay. The beds were soft and the neighborhood was quiet except for the occasional train. The back porch was cozy and nice place to enjoy coffee in the morning. The host was responsive as well. The only downfall was that the house needed a really good dusting.
