Your Charleston home is a spacious recently remodeled condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths located in a gated community with great amenities. Condo is over 1200 square feet. Condo is fully furnished with all the essentials as well as bottled water, juice, k-cups, soft drinks and snacks. Beds will be made with fresh clean bed linens and plenty of clean towels will be waiting on your arrival. Condo is centrally located in the Charleston area so getting to all the local attractions is only a short drive. Unit is about 3 miles from Charleston Airport.

Good amount of space with two full bedrooms and bathrooms. Quiet property, nice to sit outside and have a cup of coffee. Excellent value for the price.

Indeed very clean. Pool was quite nice as well. Exterior is a little run down but I side has been updated well. Beds and linens were awesome and we really enjoyed the king in the master. Gated community so keep that in mind.

Cozy clean property. it had a stale Smokey scent. Most likely the guest before us was a smoker. I don’t think they smoked inside the property. After they smoked outside and when they returned inside the condo their Smokey breathing permeated the space.

Super cute place. Perfect for our family of 4. Arrived to snacks and cold drinks which was a nice touch. Unfortunately the AC went out the second night we were there but the owner Craig was the nicest! He promptly took care of it and it was fixed by the next morning. He came to the condo himself as well and we were able to meet him in person. We appreciate his kindness! We will definitely be back!

Rooms were very nice and area felt very safe to stay in with no worries. Security at the front was a little difficult at first about letting us in but eventually by the end was no issue!

perfect location to easily get back & forth to Riverfront Park for the weekend High Water Music Festival & revisiting Charleston! Condo was clean & roomy, all seem to be recently updated, bathrooms great, comfortable beds were perfect, tv/wifi, washer/dryer, full kitchen, gated community which is well appreciated since area seems to be going through some rebranding/gentrification. owner was accessible when needed & provided easy directions & access & follow-up.

Yes very welcoming and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Place was clean and comfortable. Central location to our venue. Visited Kiawah Island, and then the next day had a wedding at Magnolia plantations. Beautiful venue Thank you Craig

Great communication with the host. Stayed during a winter snow storm and had to cut my stay short. Host was concerned about my travel back home and messaged to make sure I arrived safely. Will stay again on my next trip to the area.

Great place to stay

Great little place to stay for a nice visit. Condo was clean and it was quiet with a view of the 2 little ponds. Will definitely stay here on our next visit

Born and raised in the Chas. area so know the area pretty good. I am a local Real Estate agent and when selecting property for short term rentals looked at properties in areas which I would enjoy staying in if I was traveling. Prior to starting real estate career I was in management and traveled some so l always looked for accommodations which were very clean and good location. Love my family, blessed to have some great friends and always enjoy making new friends. Enjoy just about any outdoor sport or adventure. Love to cook and grill out as well as working in yard and drinking cup of good coffee on back porch in the mornings.
