Your Charleston home is a spacious recently remodeled condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths located in a gated community with great amenities. Condo is over 1200 square feet. Condo is fully furnished with all the essentials as well as bottled water, juice, k-cups, soft drinks and snacks. Beds will be made with fresh clean bed linens and plenty of clean towels will be waiting on your arrival. Condo is centrally located in the Charleston area so getting to all the local attractions is only a short drive. Unit is about 3 miles from Charleston Airport.

Great place to stay

Great little place to stay for a nice visit. Condo was clean and it was quiet with a view of the 2 little ponds. Will definitely stay here on our next visit

Perfect Place

Easy to get to, close to shopping area, very clean and very comfortable, love the extra goodies that was left for guests. Will stay there again next time we are in town, the best part is very affordable

Very Impressed

Wow! You always expect the pictures to show only the good side but in this case, it was everything pictured and more. We were really happy with this accommodation. It was centrally located for the things we wanted to do and had all the facility we needed. I would easily recommend this Vrbo and wouldn't hesitate to you it again myself.

Nice little apartment

Bring a large coffeepot because what is provided is small. Plus the building numbers are not lit up, so it's hard to find in the dark, Besides all that, the location, property and owner were great and we enjoyed our stay.

Family Get Away

A great little spot, my singular complaint would just be that it was on the backside of the building- other than that I absolutely loved our stay and will be utilizing it again!

Beautiful family vacation

Had a wonderful time with my gf and two young kids. Beautiful property with close access to the pool. Nice little ponds with alligators that the kids enjoyed watching. Would definitely recommend! 10/10

Clean, easy and great location!

The property is in a nice secluded section of a catered community and is extremely well kept. Very clean and close to amenities around the Charleston area! Would recommend and will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Nice Condo

Very clean and cozy property. Lots of space and everything you need is there. About 30 minutes to Charleston give or take traffic. We really enjoyed our stay.

Charleston Christmas

The unit is well furnished and spacious. It is older and the exterior of the building is in need of much repair as paint is peeling and siding is falling apart. I’m sure this is a cost born by the HOA but they haven’t gotten around to it in some while.We arrived at night and there is no exterior lighting. There was no porch light to this unit that was left on. The kitchen is small and there is no counter space to work on when preparing meals. The oven had not been cleaned in some time and here is a lack of food prep items. Only two dull steak knives and not a lot of things you need in meal preparation. The dinnerware was very new and attractive. The bed in the master was comfortable but the pillows smelled like old sweat and you could see yellow stains on most of the pillows. They should be replaced. The bathrooms are spacious but sub par. The shower/tub in the guest bath would not drain and the master bath drained very slowly. So the water pooled around your feet which is not ideal. The host tried to remedy this, but couldn’t fix the issue in the guest bath. The other issue was a lack of deep cleaning the floors, baseboards, windows, windowsills and blinds. Seeing hair from other people in the unit is gross and a huge turnoff. The laundry room needs a serious cleaning as the washer is dirty.The most major problem was the furnace/hot water heater closet. This area has not been cleaned in years! The amount of allerergens is creeping thru. The filter does not fit the furnace!

Wedding Weekend

We enjoyed our stay at Craig's place while attending a wedding in Charleston. The condo was clean and perfect for our needs. I would definitely recommend Craig's place!

Born and raised in the Chas. area so know the area pretty good. I am a local Real Estate agent and when selecting property for short term rentals looked at properties in areas which I would enjoy staying in if I was traveling. Prior to starting real estate career I was in management and traveled some so l always looked for accommodations which were very clean and good location. Love my family, blessed to have some great friends and always enjoy making new friends. Enjoy just about any outdoor sport or adventure. Love to cook and grill out as well as working in yard and drinking cup of good coffee on back porch in the mornings.
