The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. Large fenced in backyard for outdoor entertainment, fully stocked kitchen, gas grill available!

At 1,666 square feet, this property is larger than the majority of the 3 bed, 2 bath homes listed in the Beaufort area. We visit this property when not booked and we love our quiet Mossy Oaks neighborhood!

1 Hunting Island State Park pass included.

3 miles to Bay Street downtown, 7 Miles to MCAS, 7 miles to Parris Island, 3 Miles to sands beach, 19 miles to Hunting Island State Park (1 vehicle pass included)!

*Any guests looking to stay 30 days or more, please send message before booking. This is not counted as a Short-term stay and local STR occupancy taxes can be avoided :) Potentially less fees for the both of us!
*Max Occupancy: 10 ($100 per night per guest if exceeds 10 without prior approval)

This was a beautiful place, clean and cozy. Communication with the host was amazing. The whole experience was a 10/10. We didn’t have much time to spend in the yard, but the view was great!

Everything was perfect. The house was spotless, it had all the necessities and then some. It is so conveniently located near Parris Island that it’s perfect for families there for graduations or visits. Highy recommend!

The house was very nice and spacious. Its only like 10-15 mins from MCRD Parris Island and super easy to get to the base from the house. The backyard was big and fenced in, the grass could have been mowed but we didn't really use it so it was more like a passing observation. Lol! It's a great place to stay though and if I ever need to go to Parris Island for any reason, I would definitely stay here again.

Great communication with host. Quick responses to questions and provided good assistance. Clean and comfortable accommodations. Convenient location to good restaurants, pet friendly, places to visit and things to do. Overall, a great place to stay.

Our Family is so thankful for our amazing stay at your home!! The absolute best we’ve ever been to! It looks small from the photos, but it is not small it was perfect for our large family!! The back yard is perfect for family fun and our big dog had so much room to play!! Such a beautiful place! The property was so clean and well kept!! We highly recommend this property!!! We can’t wait to come back and book again!!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!

The host Jack was friendly and communicated quickly and efficiently. The house was well stocked, including a full kitchen and passes for a local beach. The house was pet friendly, although we did not bring our furry friends this trip. The house was inviting, with a fenced lake to enjoy in the back yard. The geese greeting us every morning was an added plus that the kids couldn't get enough of!

We came down for a Marine Graduation at Parris Island. It was such a nice location for getting to and from base. And it was perfect to spread out and relax with our new Marine and his family.

It was clean very modern cozy and comfy. The host answered my questions in a timely matter.They even sent me things to do in Beaufort.My kids they're adults really loved it too!

We came for marine graduation

Hands down this is the first home we have rented that felt like home away from home. The Lister, was very responsive and it was just a great time. Thank you if we ever come back we will be back to this house.

Beautiful

The house was lovely. It was a great fit for 4 adults and 4 kids. It’s in a great location that is minutes from most places you want to go. Our hosts were kind and communicative and the house was well stocked. We will come again!

It was inviting & a wonderful place for our family to spend time together. We had 1 minor issue, that i wouldn't really consider an issue because it was brought to our attention & taken care of so quickly it didnt cause us any disruption. I would definitely recommend this property for the management as well as the accommodations.

Great Beaufort Weekend Getaway

The property was clean and well equipped. It's location was perfect for folks with pets. Not only is the backyard fenced. but there is a dog park andctrail a half mile away. The location was also close to many if our prefeedrestaurants and tourist stops.

Hidden Gem

My family and I stayed here for the weekend of the Beaufort Air show. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. Check in process was easy. We didn’t cook while there since it was a short stay, but the kitchen seemed well stocked. The fenced in yard with a pond behind it, fire pit, and toys for the kids to play with were added touches. Would stay here again!

Had a great time on the property. My wife even wants a house just like it. Nice spacious living area with nice front and back porches to relax on. We even enjoyed the fire pit.Our dog loved the running space available in the fenced-in back yard and chasing the geese in the pond beyond the fencing (as much as he could). Streets were safe to go walking with him as well. Thank you for providing the "doggie bags" for cleanup, as well as the treats."17 miles to Hilton Head" was a bit deceiving as it takes 50-minutes to get there, but still worth the trip.We are a family of four and found it very comfortable, but I am sure even larger parties would feel the same. Oh, and it has an ice maker that can hold a lot of ice!Thank you,Brian and Family

I'm glad you had a great time! Just to clarify, our listing states 19 miles to Hunting Island which is a popular state park beach. I'm not finding anything about Hilton Head in our listing. I was going to update our listing but I don't see it anywhere! I'm sorry for any confusion!

We came with 8 people for our sons graduation This house was perfect. It was 20 mins from Parris Island and around the corner from our friends house This house is beautiful and comfortable I was so happy and relaxed here I don’t want to leave

Stayed for 3 nights for our Marine’s graduation. The place was a perfect distance from the base. Jack, the owner, was a very good host- answered all questions we had, was willing to work things out if we have concerns. The house has everything you need to relax and cook for your family. I’ve never had a rental that has complete kitchen ingredients like this one. The house was very comfy, homey, very clean and organized. Jack even gave us late check in due to his cleaning people arriving later in the afternoon which we really appreciated since our new Marine slept longer. All in all, I would stay in this place again if we are in the area and will definitely recommend it to other Marine families. Thank you for a great stay!

The bedrooms were all clean and neat. Everyone had a comfortable nights sleep. The host was very good at answering any questions i had. The fenced in back yard was huge, and my large dog enjoyed it very much. There is a small fire pit where we made smores. And the yard backs up to a small pond that is so nice to look at in the early mornings. The kitchen was well equipped with so many spices and cooking implements. The fridge is large and clean. We were there for my sons marne corps graduation, and it was inly a 10 minute drive there.
