Welcome to Lake Ranch, a lakefront retreat on the south end of Lake Lanier where there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Gather with friends and family across three levels of living space featuring four king suites, a private hot tub, a gym, and a game room. Meet friendly farm animals, paddle the lake, or relax by the fire pit. Just an hour from Atlanta, close to wineries, hiking, and Margaritaville at Lanier Islands — it’s a place where fun and relaxation meet.

Guest Access
- Full access to the home, lake, dock, fire pit, and surrounding grounds.
- Optional Farm Experience (additional fee) includes feeding animals or led horse rides with our farm hand.
- Houseboat and barn are not guest areas.
- Animal interactions must remain supervised — please do not cross fences.
Interaction with Guests
- We’re available throughout your stay for any questions or concerns.
- Please reach out right away if anything isn’t as expected — our goal is a smooth, five-star stay.

Other Things to Note
- $250 pet fee for up to three dogs (crate when unattended).
- Unapproved animals are subject to a minimum $200 fee and may result in additional cleaning or damage charges.
- Please supervise children near water; swim at your own risk.
- Free eggs provided when available (our hens occasionally take breaks!).
- Fireplace use October–March.
- Outdoor security cameras for safety (no interior cameras).
- Transportation by boat or Uber.
- Perfect base for World Cup 2026 fans or teams visiting the area.
Pets
* Crating Requirement: All dogs must be crated when left alone in the home. Two crates are provided for your convenience.
* Fees:
* Up to 3 pets are included in your booking.
* Approval is required for more than 3 pets.
* An additional fee may apply for pet-related damage.
Service Animals:
* No charge for service animals.
* A small additional cleaning fee is required to cover cleaner expenses after any animal stays.
Boating and Paddling Equipment:
* Equipment must be returned to its designated place.
* Fees for not returning:
• $500 fee for a lost boat.
• $100 fee for each lost paddle.
Hot Tub and Safety Regulations:
* Guests are asked to shower before entering the hot tub.
* No glass, pets, or smoking in or near the hot tub.
* Children must be supervised at all times near the hot tub, fire pit, and lake dock.
* The hot tub must be covered when not in use.
Additional Rules:
* Please avoid leaving items on the grass for extended periods to prevent it from dying.
