This property is a gorgeous private destination. The perfect spot for relaxation, and boating fun. We can also deliver the boat to your dock. The main house, guest house and guest cottage are all included. Hampton style estate with sprawling 18 acre property overlooking beautiful Lake Lanier. Luxury furnishings and finishes sparks images of family-style living spaces that are well-coordinated and comfortable. Private use of this exclusive property can only be reserved by North Georgia Boating Club Members. Not a Member? Membership is easy and affordable and offers exceptional member only boat rental values as well. You can not reserve this home without being a boat club member. Membership is only $200 per year! and will be included in quote. If you are already a member please deduct $200 from price quote. Property includes 8 bedrooms (with complimentary 2 bedroom add on house) One enormous master suite, 7.5 baths, formal dining room, fireplace, separate 2 bedroom guest house with additional kitchen/living room, gazebo, private boat dock, and much more. Perfect place for retreats, and family vacations.

House will sleep 38 but we do cap it at 25 adults and no more than 15 cars. The home is perfect for the multi-generational family with babies grandparents and everyone in-between and for that circumstance and possibly others we welcome the extra large group (up to 38). Your use is limited to the number of people you register any additional people on property must be approved in advance in writing additional fees may apply.

It was a beautiful property on Lake Lanier. All our family was able to spread out and sleep comfortably. One family member brought a boat and we enjoyed the lake and the nice dock. It is a steep walk down to the lake but the way was lit for even nighttime walks. The property is large and had many beautiful deer roaming next to the fence. The young men really enjoyed the pool table(s) and played a lot. The large family room was great for gathering and the kitchen was fully stocked. The master bedroom was roomy and had an extra bed in the large closet, great for little ones afraid to sleep in the nice bunk room.

We had a wonderful stay here for our wedding weekend! We hosted our rehearsal dinner at the property, and it was absolutely perfect for our group. The home was charming, comfortable, and had plenty of space for everyone to gather and celebrate.The property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, which made planning from out of town so much easier. One of our favorite parts was seeing so much wildlife—especially the deer roaming the property. It made the whole experience feel peaceful and special.We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful place to host a family gathering or special event!

We enjoyed our family reunion at this large lake house in Gainesville. The lake location is beautiful, and the boat dock was excellent and worked perfectly for the boats we rented. The property is lovely, and the deer around the house were an amazing bonus!That said, the house is showing its age and could use some updating. The walk to the lake is quite steep and can be challenging for elderly guests, especially since some steps aren’t perfectly aligned. Inside, there were maintenance issues, including a broken front door knob and a nonworking ice maker. The kitchen also wasn’t well equipped for a large group. With 19 people, there weren’t enough utensils and basic cooking supplies, and we had to purchase our own ice.The bedrooms provided adequate sleeping space, although the layout was a little quirky, with several bunk beds in the basement. This resulted in adults and teenagers sharing the same sleeping area.We also had family staying in the smaller yellow house up the road. It is quite dated, has limited air conditioning through window units, and is far enough from the main house that you’ll generally need to drive back and forth.Overall, we had a good family reunion and really enjoyed the lake, dock, landscaping, and wildlife. The property has a lot of potential and is a great setting for a large group. With some updating, better kitchen supplies, and attention to maintenance, this could be a really outstanding lake house.

Our group of 11 had a great time. We were there for a staff retreat. It’s located in a beautiful setting on the water. There are deer all around the property. The home was well equipped. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

Fabulous Family Reunion Location

Our family met here for a four generation family reunion. This location had something for everyone - lake access, pool table, plenty of rooms with private restrooms. We had 20 people in our group from 1 yo to 94, and everyone was able to stay comfortably. I highly recommend renting a boat and tube as that was certainly a hit for the several family members. The host is responsive and friendly. Great memories made here!

Work retreat

Great spot for us to meet, talk, pray, eat and hang-out. I am sure we didn't utilize the house to it's fullest while we were there.

Family Gathering

Our Family had a wonderful time at the Hampton Hill home !! It was a very relaxing setting that made our family feel comfortable and a home away from home. The weather was great and allowed for fishing and hanging out outside in the covered porches. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful views and spending time together.

Excellent location for a large group!

We had a great time at the lake. Perfect spot for lots of people to gather and easy access to the lake (despite the uphill walk back to the house). The bunk room was fun for the kids, the garage apartment was lovely as well. The guest house was too musty for us to use which made finding enough beds a tad challenging but we were able to make it work.

Family Gathering

Despite some rainy weather, our time at Hampton Hill was peaceful and relaxing. There’s plenty of covered porches to visit on while watching the rain, a pool table set up in the garage, that allowed gatherings of family and ample room in the dining room to play games or puzzle. When the weather cleared, we were out in the water in a very nice Cove with very little boat traffic.

Fantastic Family Reunion at Hampton Hill Estate

Hampton Hill Estate was a spectacular place for our family reunion! It was beautiful everywhere we turned and it was very well appointed and equipped to house our group of 22. The pictures simply do not do it justice. Just gorgeous! The beds are comfortable. There were plenty of dishes to cook and to serve everyone. The yellow carriage house was too far to walk to sleep in and much older than the main house or garage apartment, but it was perfect for the young adults of our group to drive up to the yellow house to sleep. The host was extremely responsive and kind - she went above and beyond to meet our needs and make our stay extra special! Our boat rental went super smoothly through the boating club. They were also very kind. We will be returning!

Was surprised a couple of days before our stay to learn that total rooms available included an additional house that was away from the main house…. And we had to drive there(not walking distance)…. Not well outlined in the original listing…. Not a problem and worked out well but did come as a surprise late in the process

Friend Weekend

10 girlfriends and I stayed at this property for a weekend get together. The property was exactly as depicted and very spacious. My only other real feedback would be that the kitchen was sparsely furnished for entertaining. We had plenty of dishes and glasses, but there were absolutely no serving platters. Second, we also didn't have enough trash bags for such a large group. Why would there just be a couple of trash bags under the sink and lot a large box? Finally, the iron in the laundry was old and unuseable. Small issues, but a few details would have made everything perfect.
