Smooth and easy check-in and check-out. Plenty of space for the whole family to be comfortable. All questions regarding the reservation were answered quickly.

This was a perfect fit for 3 families who were in the area for Cooperstown All Star Village event. The home was extremely clean, which I'm a big stickler on. The 2 bathrooms were very spacious, supplies with air freshener and toilet paper roll and hand soap along with plenty of towels and linens for our group. The washer/dryer set-up was great on the main floor and even had laundry detergent provided. The family room worked well for our group and gave space to relax outside of the bedrooms and kitchen space. The Kitchen had all the pots and dishes you would need as well as a standard and Keurig Coffee pots. There was even some coffee/tea to get started with. We appreciated the roll of paper towel, dish soap and washer pods. The river access for fishing was ideal for our boys who enjoyed some night fishing after games. Thank you to our Host for providing a perfect space away from home. We highly recommend staying here for your getaway. Quite close to Oneonta and Cooperstown, less than 1/2hr drive.

My 5 grandkids and their moms (my 2 daughters) am myself went to the Baseball Hall of Fame, Rail Explorers, Legoland, and Howe Caverns. We had a blast!!!

A fun, unique place to stay for our baseball mama group! Our kids played baseball at All Star Village and when we weren't at the park, we were relaxing here. A beautiful view of the river, plenty of space, and all the amenities we needed. I absolutely loved the unique layout of the house and the hardwood floors. We had a wonderful trip...thank you!

Quick Trip

We came to town for a funeral. The house was just the place we needed to unwind. The river was beautiful. The master bedroom is downstairs and the other rooms are upstairs. If anyone has difficulty climbing up and down stair, these stairs are very narrow. We loved the parking location and were very happy to have stayed there.

Everything was as pictured. Pros: Owner was very helpful and responsive to all questions; Layout inside and out was perfect for our group (bachelor party). Lots of space in the backyard and a few lawn games provided; All bed linens and towels were included; Everything was clean despite a slight musty smell inside (probably due to the location near water). Cons: Stairs are VERY steep; BR layout is somewhat awkward with some rooms requiring pass-through from other rooms.

The best part of this house was the closeness to Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house was clean as well. The house had an old/musty odor the entire time. The staircases are too small of steps and one is very narrow. Depending on what room you were staying in and who was in what bathroom, you had to go up and down the 2 staircases. The AC does not flow upstairs and box fans did not cut it. The upstairs was very hot on warm days. The backyard was big and right on the river.

Special Memories at Coopers River Edge!

Spacious and comfortable property with an amazing backyard on the river! We stayed for one week at Coopers River Edge home. We were two families of adults and teenagers playing/ watching the Cooperstown World Series. This house has plenty of space and all the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Great big kitchen, living room and dining room. Excellent location for us; about a 10-15 minute drive anywhere we needed to go (SUNY, Oneonta, Cooperstown, ). The backyard space is incredible! Everyone loved sitting on the deck, enjoying the view, playing on the grass, and fishing in the river. BBQ, darts, corn hole, parking, laundry....everything felt easy and fun! We made great memories. The house is clean, charming, spacious, and very comfortable. Host was great with communication and we all loved our stay!

This is a rustic house. Pros - for what it is, the house is very clean; there are a lot of bath towels and blankets; the air conditioning keeps the downstairs cool. Cons - the unconventional layout only works for a single person or a couple; there is no air conditioning upstairs which essentially makes those rooms unusable; the back entryway/kitchen has an unappealing smell - animal? Smoke?; the steps to the second floor are extremely steep & narrow. The temperature was in the 80s while we were staying in this house. We had to rent hotel rooms for the people that I planned on having stay upstairs (they are seniors and wouldn’t have been able to comfortably get up the steep & narrow steps anyway). The upstairs bedrooms all open into each other, so there’s no privacy among the 4 rooms up there. The downstairs bedroom opens into the living room, front steps from upstairs, and the bathroom/laundry room. The bathroom/laundry room opens into the downstairs bedroom and kitchen. There’s no privacy downstairs either! Since the only air conditioned area is downstairs, we ended up sleeping with one kid on the sofa and one kid between us. This property was not what I anticipated. Between our sleeping arrangement, having to pay for a hotel, and not being able to all stay together, I was disappointed.

Thank you for your stay. The entire house is Air Conditioned with heating/cooling registers in each room including the Second Floor .
