Welcome Back!! I temporarily took the property off the market during COVID and for renovations. I am looking forward to having my returning guest come back and visit.
Please look at the (video icon) in the picture to view the video of the homes location. A tropical boater's and angler's paradise, this Key West styled luxury villa in Islamorada boasts the best fishing in South Florida. With tangerine sunsets glistening across the calm ocean waters, an afternoon boat ride is as easy as walking out your back door. Dolphin and turtles are common. Deep water access, boat dock, nearby marina with fuel, bait and tackle shop, nearby waterfront restaurants and short boat ride (seen from the balcony) to the famous sand bar located behind Holiday Isle weekend hot spot.

This is the developer unit with the largest fully equipped kitchen in the development. Large living room with a beautiful view of the ocean, 3 BR's, den, 2 1/2 luxury baths, sleeps 10 comfortably. Wood floors, glass designer tile throughout, california closets, covered parking with an additional parking spot. Upper and lower decks overlook ocean view. Flat screen TV's, cable, internet service. (Kitchen utensils, dishes and linens are plentiful). Security gate for privacy and peace of mind

BD Vacation

Good location. Close to the pool. Lovely kitchen. Nice master bedroom. Interesting artwork on the walls. Quiet neighborhood. Negatives: Had trouble with the AC and Temp. the first 4 days. No comfortable chairs downstairs or upstairs. Just a huge couch in front of the TV area. Furniture seemed to be designed for big people.

Could not have been better

Location on the Key was perfect. Location within the complex was perfect. 7 adults were very comfortable, able to spread out, and all enjoyed the property.

Beautiful House

Location was great. House was clean and very well stocked. Rental was better than the listing. Could not have asked for a better experience. Will definitely try and stay here again.

Wonderful birthday vacation

We had a wonderful time celebrating my two birthdays - my 50th and my brother-in-laws 44th. The property was beautiful and the house was very cozy. We had all the comforts of home with a killer view of the water. Our only regret was that we had to leave a day early due to the uncertainty of travel during the beginning of the pandemic.

AMAZING!

The house was perfect for our family. It was just as described in the listing. We were so sorry to leave. The owner was great to communicate with throughout the process. It was super easy. Plenty of beach towels and bath towels. Kitchen was well stocked.

Back again

This is our 3rd yr at Anglers Reef and the 2nd at this house. I hate to say anything good about it because I want to available for our next trip ! But it’s beautiful, Kim was excellent in communicating with us, can’t beat the location. We love everything about staying here

Great spot!

This is our 2nd year in a row renting this house. Perfect spot, right on the pool and the house is perfect for a large family. Boat slip is also conveniently located so it's easy to get to. We'll be back next year!

this is the absolute best property to rent in all of Islamorada, if you find a better place let me know because I can guarantee there isnt one, its on the atlantic ocean with picture perfect property and a beach and a boat dock, there is nothing to want for at this rental home. This is our 10th year going and we will continue forever andwe go twice a year and stay over 25 days in total

Once again, had a great time with the family and friends at Kim's place. Completely love this spot. Weather in March is as good as December (a bit hotter, but also minimal rain). You cannot go wrong here. Thanks Kim for another great week of memories!

Perfect place to stay and explore the keys...

Home away from home, opening the front door you walk into a open floor plan. Bright and cheery, lovely home. Breathtaking ocean views from the living room and second floor master bedroom. Short walk to the swimming pool, dock and beach area. Enjoyed our stay with six adult and two children comfortably. Morning coffe enjoyed on back porch. Romantic sunsets viewed on master bedroom suite porch. We were sad to leave and would be happy to return when we visit the keys again. Thank you for a pleasant vacation experience.

Great open floor plan and great host.

We had a fabulous time. The location fit us perfectly and we wanted the upper keys with a little less traffic and crowds. Her pricing is very reasonable. We had 4 adults and one 6 year old and the house was the perfect size. The kitchen was well equip, the wrap around porch was great for the late afternoon glass of wine and the early morning sunrise coffee. There are also 2 parking spots which is convenient. My only word of caution is for the older folk with any mobility problems, the eating areas are high tops and could be difficult to get into and out of. There is a dock available, which we did not use, but nice to know its available. There is a sunbathing beach, BUT there are signs about possible alligators and it is rocky and not really a swimming beach, full of seaweed. Kim is the perfect host and very responsive to questions and concerns. We were able to rent bikes, shop and souvenir hunt within 8 miles, as I said a great location. Pool was a nice temperature and there was always a chair available. We can see ourselves coming back every year.
