Come and discover this enchanting 6-bedroom gem located on the white sandy beaches of Indian Shores.

Step into your home away from home, a world of superb comfort and relaxation throughout this wonderful house. With 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and two seperate living areas there is plenty of space for all guests to unwind and recharge. Every aspect of this home has been designed for maximum comfort and enjoyment.

The first floor of the home boasts a huge living space with plenty of room to relax, play games and enjoy your vacation. There is also a king bedroom with en suite shower room together with a laundry room. Our home also has an elevator that access' all three floors in the home.

The second floor of the home boasts the best panoramic views of the beaches of Indian Shores and the Gulf of Mexico. This floor has a fantastic open concept living/dining room and an incredible new chefs gourmet kitchen with every amenity for whipping up fantastic meals. There are two ensuite king bedrooms on this level also. Sit back, relax, unwind all whilst watching the waves lapping at the beach, dolphins swimming by and stunning sunsets

The third floor has three bedrooms. One is a king bedroom, as well as a kids room with a single bed and a trundle bed. These bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a shower.

Lastly we have the primary suite. This Gulf front bedroom boasts its own private balcony overlooking the beach. The gorgeous designer ensuite bathroom has a large soaking tub as well as seperate shower and dual vanaties.

Our home also has a wonderful pool with plenty of space around to relax. The back "yard", has sweeping views of the beach, a plethora of chairs and loungers to relax as well as two grills.

We had a wonderful family vacation. The house is beautiful. Kitchen is well stocked. The elevator was great for me - I am 73 and it really made my life easy. The beach was very nice, not crowded at all. All twelve of us had a great time.

This kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have found. The view and access to the beach was incredible. We give this a 10 out of 10! Wouldn’t change a thing!

House was beautiful with an amazing view. Very well stocked kitchenware and plenty of towels in bathrooms. The elevator was a huge benefit! Loved the outdoor area with the fire pit and tiki hut. Very family friendly. Everyone very easy to work with and very responsive to any needs that may arise!!

This is a beautiful property right on the beach. We had 8 people with 4 teenagers, and this was a great house for everyone to have their own space. It is well equipped with everything you need for the beach including chairs, towels, and toys! It’s a short walk to several restaurants and an even more about a mile away. The kids played mini golf multiple times and got ice cream twice during the trip. The pool is small, but perfect for a dip to cool off if you don’t want to walk down to the ocean. We would definitely go back!

Location was amazing. Being right on the beach was such a wonderful thing for our family. The house was exactly as described and was extremely nice and welcoming. We would recommend and rent again!

We loved our week in Indian Shores! The location was beautiful and the house was perfect for our kids and grandkids. We could step out the back door into the beach and it provided hours of fun and lots of memories. The only disappointing thing was that little things weren’t provided such as coffee pods, trash bags, propane, etc. Staying here was a splurge for us and having to purchase the extras was unexpected.

Annual family beach trip

Although we didn’t have perfect weather we all had a fantastic time! Our 2 three year olds said they want to live there. Beach was beautiful, comfy beds, pool was great for an alternative. 10 out of 10. We would love to come back.

Perfect beach house with unbeatable access and view!

We had a great family vacation at this property. The house has everything you need and more. The view and beach access is unbeatable and so easy with kids, no need to struggle trekking to and from the beach, you just walk out the door and you are there!

Clean property with amazing location. Outside decks and seating areas very nice. Kitchen has all that you need. Plenty of frig room! Beach is beautiful and clean. Elevator was a great help with getting things in and out. Not crowded at all! You are given an IN PERSON tour when you arrive which I have never had. Downfalls- sink area on back of house towards beach does not work, so unable to clean feet to enter that way. You have to go to front of house to wash feet with hose. Pool area needs TLC. overgrown weeds, no shade. There is one umbrella there but it’s broke on one side. No umbrella in table area. They don’t clean the pool during the week so very cloudy and dirty half way through. Also no nets to get bugs out yourself. Beds are comfy but no storage. Most rooms have no dressers or closets - keep that in mind when packing. Bathroom lighting hard to get ready in. Seating area in the house is small. Although there is plenty of space for a large party, the living room has a small couch and one chair max seats 4 in this area (odd extra table that would be great if replaced with more living room seating) and downstairs sitting area the same. Things out of their control -While there the roof leaked through master and they sent someone to fix a few days later. AC unit went down on our last evening and it got very hot in the house. Had to leave late that evening which we were not prepared to do.

Sun and Gulf salve for our souls

Shell House accommodated our three families with flare and comfort. We loved the kitchen and modern appliances - we have a baker and 2 chefs who gave it 2 thumbs up. The ventenna hosted many afternoon naps lulled by the Gulf. Spacious, light and airy, with whimsical decor all added to our delight!

Great for family vacation. Very responsive host

We were very lucky to find this house for our family vacation. We were informed last minute that the elevator in beach condos we rented was not working. One family member is disabled so we were left scrambling. This house worked out much better and our family was able to spend great quality time together!

Family Vacation 2017

We have just spent the most wonderful summer vacation at this lovely, spacious beach home! It was a beautiful week spent here with our three children and 8 grandchildren. The home was beautifully furnished and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The view and our beach were just perfect! Thank you so much for all that was done to make this a dream vacation!

OUTSTANDING BEACH HOUSE AND RENTAL EXPERIENCE!

I can't say enough great things about this rental, the owners, the management company, and all the people involved in the process. It is truly a top-notch operation. Our party included an age range of 10 months to 76 years and we had everything we needed including an elevator and all things baby - all things! The home was incredibly clean, we never ever felt cramped, and the location is great as the home is in a space along the beach with homes as opposed to condo buildings, therefore, the beach is much quieter. Soooo nice! Highly recommend this house and this group!

Fabulous family home

We had just a fabulous time at this home at the beginning of June. We were 13 people in all ranging from grandparents to small grandchildren. Everything we needed was there, and we lacked for nothing. The room situation worked out perfect for us, and even gave everyone their own private space. The direct beach access was the best thing about this house. We could come and go all day long without a care in the world. We will definitely rent this home again should we find ourselves back in the area. Thank you so much for allowing us to share in the joy of your home!!

Our family of 12 truly enjoyed our time here. Everyone was comfortable in the house with plenty of space to spread out. The beach was not overcrowded and we had no problems setting up our chairs and canopy every day. (I suggest adding more beach chairs as there were only 4 plus 2 camp chairs. We've stayed at other properties that usually supply as many chairs as people that are alotted to stay.) I recommend this property for the location, well appointed kitchen, indoor space for a group of 12, outdoor space (the fire pit was a nice touch to make s'mores!), convenient check-in/out process, pool for cooling off, and the beach view.

Fabulous!

Great house and location Wondeful restaurants nearby. Perfect family reunion house and setting with beach literally out one door and pool out the other. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as did our family members from Philadelphia and Atlanta. We lucked out as weather was unbelievable-all sun and warm temps... Thanks for sharing your house with all of us!!!

Summer Family Beach Trip

If we could give it 10 stars we would! This home is absolutely amazing. The elevator made it so helpful to haul luggage in on the first day. The house is directly on the beach & has forever spoiled us with location. The views from every floor (three levels) are phenomenal. We ate lunch everyday on the balcony off the kitchen, such a gorgeous view. The owners have thought of absolutely everything, providing sunscreen, bug spray, towels, beach chairs, a kayak, mini fridge outside for waters & beverages, Kuerigs on every level, pool toys, the extra garage fridge, there honestly wasn't ever anything that we thought of that we wished we had, because they have it ALL. It was an absolute blast & such a great area. Far enough away from any major hotel yet still close to shops & restaurants. The cabana house was also a huge bonus for a couple to stay in so they had more privacy from the kiddos. The pools were so awesome for the kids! We couldn't have asked for anything more & hope to be back some day to visit! Thank you so much Liz, Alex & Brenda & please give a huge thank you to the awesome homeowners & their personal touches throughout the house!

Great Family Week at Indian Shores!

I would rate this 4.5 stars if possible. My family spent a great week here celebrating my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. This property is very nice and has everything you need for a large group at the beach! The two pools give options for those who don't like the sand and it comfortably sleeps 14 with 6 bedrooms in the main house and another in the cabana house. The elevator is an added plus for bringing things up from the lower level. We really enjoyed spending mornings and evenings on the back porch watching and listening to the ocean. Part of the fire pit was missing when we arrived and they promptly brought us another one the next day. The only reason I would deduct half a star is because they were a little late meeting us for the check in and there are a few minor cosmetic issues that need to corrected, such as, the lights in the pool not working. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Girls week

Spent a great week with the girls and their families. This house had every amenity we totally enjoyed it. Lots of restaurants nearby, island marine rentals down the street had bikes, boats, boards just sitting on the back deck was relaxing Being right on the beach was awesome. I would highly recommend for families. Clean and comfortable!
