Great stay! Property is in a great location. Enjoyed the amenities of the condo and complex. Had the pool and beach to ourselves most days. Easy checking in and accessing the condo. Had everything we needed. Great communication and very quick responses.

Lots of great communication before & during stay, cleanliness, beach chairs great surprise and had plenty of bath & beach towels. Had the little things like laundry detergent, plenty of toilet paper & kitchen stocked with what we needed (only suggestion is add a toaster). Literally had the beach to ourselves!

Melissa was a great guest, she followed all the house rules and was a very nice person. I would host her again!!!

We selected this rental with the intent to be immediately off of the beach while also having access to a nice pool during our stay and it delivered! The beach walks were beautiful, the pool was very scenic, overall a great experience. The host was away, so e mostly spoke with his friend who was helping him and communication was solid.I still give it 5 stars, particularly on the value you get, but it is worth mentioning the following: the downstairs AC went out while we were there (but this did not impact the entire apartment’s temp and sleeping with the door open helped), we had a hard time initially finding the rental due to accurate but confusing directions (I have since provided the host a better gps coordinate to help future guests… we’ll see), and the multiple roosters roaming the parking lot are very annoying if you have any desire to sleep in late.Having said that, overall it was a great and memorable experience for our family, would rent again.

This condo was very spacious and super clean. Loved that the pool area and bathroom were Very Clean. Loved the direct access to the beach. The community in this condo were very friendly. The condo could use some updating in the bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs. The master bathroom, the shower leaked all over the floor, so had to switch the full bathroom upstairs to shower. The unit is advertised to sleep 6 (which it can comfortably), but the unit only has 4 towels, 2 wash clothes and 2 beach towels. So, I suggest bringing some towels with you. Bring your own beach chairs, hair dryer, night light and a blanket. The refrigerator's ice maker does not work, so stop and get a bag of ice, if you like ice. The unit could use a few more items, but we got by. The a/c works great. We did not use any of the appliances, so I cannot say if they were all working properly. Otherwise, we would stay at the complex again. It was a very enjoyable stay. It just needs a few items that are not costly to buy and the place would be perfect. It is very quite not much night life in the area, so if you are looking for that, you will have to drive 20-30 minutes.
