We’re truly sorry that this was your experience. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected error, the unit was not cleaned prior to your arrival. We offered to have our cleaning team come immediately, but we understood that the wait wasn’t acceptable after your travel day. We also issued a refund for your stay. This was an isolated mistake that does not reflect the standard we strive to provide our guests. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our processes to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

The room was clean and exactly like pictures but the facility itself needs work and could be cleaner outside. The host told us upfront about the construction and what was open and the stuff that wasn't. We still chose to stay but the gate to go to the beach will not reopen if its shut so you have to walk all the way around the building which is fine if you don't have a bunch of stuff to carry or an older person with you who can't walk long distance. The parking was not ideal either if you can't walk because the front parking lot was full the whole time which meant we had to park in the parking lot next door which again can be harder if you have stuff to carry or can't walk long distance. Over all I would stay again if they finish fixing the facility.

Great Ocean View

The property was as described in the listing. Even though it was a little chilly, the sun shining on the deck and a cup of coffee made for a nice morning. Communication with the owner was easy and responses were very quick. I would stay here again!

Location was great, condo clean. Pool under construction so a bit of a walk to the pool. Washer and dryer were not up to par.

Clean and quiet!

Our condo was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Views from our balcony were beautiful. The property itself has had a tremendous amount of damage due to the hurricane but is understandable. Would definitely return!

Overall we had a really good experience, the location is in a perfect place from any Daytona destination. The condo is very nice in terms of space and occupancy. Unfortunately the pools and area was under construction. Really didn't play into anything just a bit annoying. The owners are very nice and reply right away. Well worth the price that we got it at, if it was priced higher, probably would not be as satisfied. Very upset about the 150 cleaning charge and the floors were not clean and vacuum didn't work. As stated overall we enjoyed our stay... Thank you.

Great Experience

My stay started out rocky due to the resort being remodeled and I was unaware that pools and resort amenities being limited. But me and my family made the best of it and enjoyed ourselves. Host was very pleasant and very helpful. I would definitely book when resort is done remodeling.

The condo was fine with balcony overlooking the Atlantic. The pool area and seawall were in disrepair. Complex needs attention.

Chillin at the Beach

Typical beach front condo. Some kitchen items provided but bring extra basics (kitchen towel, paper towel, soap). Small cooking area with 2 extra burner cooktop to add to countertop if needed. Pans are slightly warped making hard to heat evenly. Bed comfortable. 2. Chairs on balcony. Neighbors are also rental so people come and go.

It all started with a trip to Daytona Beach and we were hooked. Now we are happy to own and share this condo for you to stay at and enjoy beautiful Daytona Beach, FL.
I work full time, am a wife to my wonderful & supportive husband and mother of 2 very active teenage boys. I love cheering them on at their sporting events and spend all my free time at the grocery store & in the kitchen, trying to keep the hungry boys fed!
