Perdido Key is the perfect quiet and family-friendly beach town. It offers wildlife viewing at the beautiful Johnson Beach National Seashore state park, as well as multiple hiking trails and historic landmarks. There are so many adventures to choose from such as; fishing charters to take you to the best spots only locals know about, and don't forget to try one of the Dolphin cruises to experience the open water in a way you will most certainly never forget. There's also Lost Key Golf Club, a public 18-hole golf course. Let's not forget the local flavors to be enjoyed at the many restaurants serving our fresh caught seafood.

Great trip

We booked less than 24 hours prior to our stay. The property manager was quickly responsive and made our last minute trip easy. There were a couple of access codes that were different when we arrived but we were able to get them quickly. The property was clean and the facilities were very nice. The beach was close which was great with kids. The view from the balcony was perfect!

Nice property. There was very little toilet paper when we checked in, which should be fairly standard. The communication with management was outstanding. They quickly responded to any questions.

Perdido 2023

The property is in good shape. The bedding was thread bare. Mattresses are not super comfy. Nice amount of beds for 5 people. Condo in good repair. Great area. Not enough parking at condo and front access of condo is crowded. You will most likely wind up parked across the street and crossing the busy street. Wasn’t terrible, but not ideal. Make sure you have on your wristband! The “guard” is very picky about that. I get it, but not very guest friendly.

Great Location, The Rest Needed to be Better.

Loved the location, Condo and Management could have been a lot better. We arrived to a strong smell of mold. Condo is tired and worn. In need of a deep clean. Master Bath Sink was clogged. Called to report, never heard back. Was given wrong wi-fi info for two days before we were told the modems had been switched. Uncomfortable patio furniture, stained and worn couches. Now that we're home they are charging us for a wristband. Come to find out it's a common cash grab with this company. Will never rent through Beach Getaways ever again.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for choosing to book with Beach Getaways. We’re glad you loved the location, but we’re sorry to hear the stay did not meet your expectations. We did work with you during your stay to get the updated Wi-Fi information. The HOA had recently switched out the modems, and the new login details had not yet been provided to us. Once the updated sticker on the modem was located, we were able to confirm the correct information. We also want to clarify the wristband charge. The HOA tracks wristbands because they are specifically coded to each condo, and they charge for any that are not returned. Since one wristband went home with your party, the replacement charge was passed along accordingly. The housekeeping and condition concerns mentioned in your review were not reported to our team during your stay, so we did not have the opportunity to inspect or address them while you were here. We always appreciate the chance to help in real time whenever concerns are brought to our attention. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best on your future getaways.
