This was my 3rd time at The Summit this year, and this was the cleanest room I've stayed in. Well stocked and very thoughtful touches.

Awesome spot

The summit is always great. The room was clean and well layed out. Te small details like having chairs and umbrella in the room to use was great. Really recommend it to anyone.

I was very impressed with the furnishings in the entire unit. I occupied the unit alone but if I had my family, there were more than enough supplies stocked up, sheets, blankets, beach chairs etc. I totally enjoyed this unit and will ask for this unit when I return to PCB next spring,

Dance vacation

It was exactly as expected. Layout and amenities were just what we needed. We were there for a dance competition. Some unexpected glitches arose but absolutely none of them were caused by the owner or the unit. We need to have a do-over trip to get to do everything we had planned. We are hoping to stay there again when our schedule permits.

Disappointed by Check-in process and privacy concerns

Our stay was unfortunately overshadowed by an uncomfortable check-in experience. The front desk staff, particularly Anni, came across as unprofessional. I was required to disclose my children’s names and ages—even though that information was already provided when I booked. I found that request to be invasive and concerning from a safety standpoint. When I brought it up with the property manager, she was unaware this was a requirement, which raised even more red flags for me.Additionally, the condo had a persistent musty smell that we couldn't eliminate, even after cleaning and purchasing an air purifier.On a positive note, the property manager was responsive and easy to communicate with. However, due to the privacy issues and overall discomfort, we would not book this property again. My family's safety and peace of mind are too important.

The condo location was great. The condo felt moist and even my salt clumped. It also had a musty smell. I went and got air fresheners and Lysol and that help. The biggest disappointment was the bedding. We had a king size and the first night was very bad then upon making the bed the next morning I figured out the top sheet was a twin size turned long ways and the blanket/spread was a queen size I contacted owner and explained my husband is 6’5” and we would love to have bedding for the king bed By the end of that day bedding was left (at my request) but when I went to get them it was only a sheet set NO KING SIZE BLANKET. We managed but were very disappointed with what we paid I would expect nice bedding that fits the bed. There was nowhere to hang your clothes. The one closet was full of beach stuff. We made due unpacking and laying our clothes over the bunk beds. The sofa is pretty worn down. I don’t want to hurt the owners business but our vacation was such a disappointment.

We are glad you found the location of the condo convenient to everything. There definitely is a lot of beach gear provided for our renters to use during their stay, along with the free beach chair and umbrella service that comes with the rental. Taking your feedback into consideration, we will work to provide more space for clothing and unpacking in addition to the suitcase stands, hangers, door hooks, and dresser. We understand the soft blankets were in the dresser drawers, but one can never have enough. Our new dehumidifier provided in the unit is there for any guests who want to ensure less oceanfront condo humidity, along with the air conditioner, stand fan and two ceiling fans. Of course, King size bedding, blankets and several pillows will always be available, along with twin size and additional blankets for guests to enjoy while relaxing. We love for everyone to have the comforts of home.

Go fishing at the pier or enjoy the famous Thomas Donuts and Pier Park shopping. Just a short drive away, you will find the upscale 30A resort communities where, if you wish, you can partake in Sunday farmer's markets, fine dining, food trucks, shopping and miles of biking paths. This location offers the best of both worlds at your fingertips, and on a budget.

Our Emerald Property Group condo has been stocked with tons of bath towels, beach towels, and the gear to make your vacation easy and comfortable. Ask us before you pack, because we probably already have what you need. As well, the resort has a small store onsite if you need anything more, plus a restaurant/grill, Tiki bar by the pool, etc. And you can walk across the street to restaurants and amusements. We have two large pools and beach chair service right at the resort. You can even rent wave runners. Those with mobility needs can use the free beach wheelchair and Mobility Mat to get out on the sand.
