Surplus of Kitchen amenities, washer/dryer was handy, comfortable beds and pillows, lots of storage space for packed items and a nice driveway.

Very clean, lots of parking, nice layout. Great communication with host. Always got back to me immediately. Fenced yard is secure. There is a little traffic noise but it didn’t bother me.

We had a great stay at the VRBO. Loved the special touches , games, puzzles, well stocked with fresh towels , comfortable beds, clean, cozy, very pleasant. The host was responsive to ensure we enjoyed our stay. It was convenient to my sister’s home, restaurants and stores. We highly recommend this VRBO and would love to stay there in the future.

My only comment would be that had we brought our dogs as originally planned, the only way to get them to the fenced backyard would be out the front door and then through the gate to the back. Fortunately due to the weather, we didn't bring them as it poured rain for 2 of the 3 nights we were there.The place is cozy and recently upgraded. The hosts were responsive to any question I had. We'd return to visit again in the future.

The location of this home was perfect for our needs. Convenient to every place we needed to go. Our only concern was how close the property is located to busy streets. This may be concerning if you have young children. Street noise might also be an issue for light sleepers.

Very clean and comfortable. We were in town for a wedding and this property met all our needs. The house was very responsive and easy to get ahold of.

This property has a fantastic lay out for dogs with a nice fenced yard. It comes appointed with everything you need and the owner was very responsive and flexible. It is on the corner of a busy intersection and you get a lot of street noise.

Prescott Valley stay

Lovely property inside, comfortable beds, great bathrooms, nice kitchen. We LOVED that they had a fenced yard for our dogs, we were in the area for an obedience competition so sitting outside in the evening with a glass of wine was perfect.

very clean house, love the white kitchen, nice backyard lots of sunshine and love the shoe horse game. this will definitely be my new hang out when visiting my dad in Prescott Valley.

Overall a nice size home, plenty of space to relax and cook a meal. 3 good sized bwdrooms and two baths were a plus. Close to shopping and restaurants. A little noisy being near a traffic intersection.

House was clean, but on a busy street corner. Lots of traffic, but nothing to keep us awake at night! Bar stools at the kitchen counter were pretty wobbly, so I wouldn’t let anyone sit on them. Needs more cookware-didn’t have lids for pans or a pan to cook pasta or potatoes!Overall, nice comfortable home!

Relaxing getaway

Loved the property and it was conveniently located less than two miles from our concert venue! The hosts were lovely and so very responsive to our messages. We enjoyed the calm and relaxing atmosphere for a short weekend getaway with all the comforts of home! We would absolutely stay here again without thinking twice!

Prescott Valley retreat

Very cute home. The place was spotless, organized, nicely decorated and had every amenity you could possibly need for a stay. It is in a difficult location due to traffic noise off the busy main street but other than that the stay was great.

Awesome Stay

This was our first time getting to stay up in PV and it was perfect for our family for an overnight and a few days! It’s nice to escape and come up to see family and Elena and Jake were very accommodating to our needs! Thank you guys so much! We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend if you are in the area, or are looking for something!
