Perfect Prescott Getaway for Families!This was the absolute perfect home to vacation in with family! The property is in a perfect location, and the description and pictures were a flawless match for how everything looked in person. One of our favorite parts was the fantastic backyard—it was the perfect spot to grill out and relax while letting the little ones run around and play safely. On top of a wonderful home, communication from the host was excellent from start to finish. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a stress-free family vacation!

Several issues for handicapped people like my wife. Front stoop very dangerous(more than 8 inches), two lights in kitchen didn't work, no ceiling fans in bedrooms or living room, bunk beds in front bedroom not suitable for adults as very thin foam pad instead of a mattress, no grab bars in master bath,front screen door very dangerous and cheap, warped front door very difficult to close(had to lock door to keep it closed). Not a comfortable chair in entire house to sit on, especially sectional couch in living room. Kitchen sink drains very slowly. Master bath water faucet broken which made controlling hot/cold water very hard to control. Barking dog next door made sitting outside unsuitable.Better than a motel/hotel, but very pricey considering all these issues.

Hello Ben, The house does not need ceiling fans because we have the newly installed AC unit in the whole house. The front bedroom is clearly listed as "Children Bedroom," and should not be adult in a twin bed. We appreciate letting us know about the sink and lights. Our site manager has checked those issues and fixed them. Dogs are gonna bark and that is out of our control. I would friendly suggest you use the VRBO filters to check house/stays handicapped accessible. It will take you exactly to those specific stays you and your wife need. Have a wonderful day!

Very close to Embry Riddle aeronautical University

Wonderful stay for Thanksgiving visiting our son at Embry Riddle. Easily cooked a Thanksgiving dinner for three with nicely stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay there again when visiting our son since it is so close to campus. Cozy and very comfortable.

Our second stay...

was even better than the first, because we knew what to expect and where to find everything. The house is spacious and comfortable for a family. Conveniently located and host responds promptly to messages. Thank you for another wonderful visit.

Great house close to everything

We loved the house as it was close to family and stores. House was clean and had everything we needed.We took a star off because the master bedroom bed was extremely firm and gave us backaches.

Good times

This place was awesome! Great location and a really fun floor plan. There was plenty of space to kick back and relax. The bedrooms were roomy and quiet, perfect for a nap or some downtime. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook or grill a full meal. Great patio for grilling. Had a good sunroom as well, but it was a little too warm to use during the day. It was just a quick drive to the Square for shopping, food and entertainment. The host was super responsive and helpful. We will definitely keep this spot in mind for our next trip.

Great Location

Nice little house in established neighborhood, has been updated. Comfortable and well-stocked. Manager responded very quickly to all questions. Location was perfect for our needs: about 5 mins to downtown, WalMart, numerous restaurants and a local park. An older kitchen with no disposal or automatic dishwasher, but everything else worked fine. Would return in the future.
