We found Tin Roof Cottage to be the perfect place for our small family reunion. Sarah was the best host and so helpful in suggesting activities in the Leipers Fork area. The Cottage was clean, the beds were comfortable and the neighborhood quiet and peaceful. We hope to come back again.

We have stayed here several times now and always enjoy it immensely. Sarah is a gracious and helpful hostess, the cottage is wonderful, and Leipers Fork is very cool. We love all of it.

I've stayed in the cottage multiple times. The neighborhood is so quiet and lovely. Very close to the shops/restaurants in Leiper's Fork; yet very quiet and private.

My wife and I have stayed here three times for a reason. Leiper’s Fork is a charming village and Sarah is a wonderful hostess. The cottage is roomy and comfortable. We love it!

The perfect Leipers Fork location

We had a short but very enjoyable stay. We wished it was longer. The house and location was perfect for our needs. We would definitely return again.

Great Place!

We had family in town from North Dakota. Couldn’t accommodate everyone so we rented this place. Clean, quiet, and convenient. Everyone loved it!

Christmas getaway

Back to a simpler time

We enjoyed our stay in the Tin Roof Cottage on Sycamore Street. The location was perfect for our needs. The property was well kept and spacious. Everything about this place speaks to a time when things were simpler. Every room told a story of the areas past and we were amazed. Truly a beautiful gem of Leipers Fork.

Charming Retreat: A Delightful Stay at Tin Roof Cottage

The Tin Roof Cottage in Leiper's Fork Village exudes charm with its delightful style and exceptional comfort. During our four-night stay, my friends and I found it to be the perfect setting for catching up and immersing ourselves in the beauty of the area. Sarah, the property manager, impressed us with her efficiency, accuracy, and pleasant demeanor in all communications. The cottage is well-equipped with kitchen supplies and general provisions, making our stay hassle-free and enjoyable. Its proximity to the town allowed us to easily walk to restaurants and shops, while Franklin, just a 15-minute drive away, offered even more options for shopping and dining. The bedrooms were cozy, comfortable, and elegantly furnished, contributing to a restful atmosphere. We particularly adored the kitchen, with its charming red appliances and stained glass windows adding character to the space. Overall, our experience at the Tin Roof Cottage was delightful, and I would not hesitate to book it again in the future.
