Perfect for me and my adult granddaughter! Two bedrooms are nice! Easy walking location to downtown and beyond. The beautifully remodeled Victorian style upstairs of a classic Ashland house was done with respect for the original house with quality upgrades and period accents. We didn't use the kitchen but it seemed well set up had we wanted to. The windows were all new and everything worked well. The quality of all aspects of the property were appreciated!

I loved the location and the property itself. Close to downtown so walking is easy. Quiet at night and beautiful furnishings - I will be back!

THE PERFECT STAY IN ASHLAND

A short walk to OSF plays, Ashland's wonderful walkable downtown shops, and the trails along Lithia Springs. This facility is perfect, sunny, bright and our hosts were ever attentive to any needs. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Quaint Historic house

The space was very clean and the decor was beautiful! The rooms were were so pretty, and zen! Sunflower paintings and touches of the original property made it a wonderful experience

Comfortable, attractive accommodation

Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable from booking to checkout. ] The apartment is attractive, spotlessly clean and near the OSF facilities we came to enjoy. An abundance of fine quality towels, including pool towels for the hot tub, made our stay especially enjoyable. We would stay here again without question.

Honest review

This is a nice place to stay; however, it is the type of rental that does not make you feel welcome. Shortly after booking, I received an email stating I would be charged $15/night extra for more than 2 people despite sleep capacity at least4, rules stated no eating in bedroom, charging $ 25 for EV charge and 10 a check-check out. It is too nice a place to be nickeled and dimed.

The Tesla fee is listed in the title of our listing. The checkout time is listed on the property details as well which is all visible prior to staying with us.
