The property was clean, easy to access and centrally located to activities in the Hilo area. Terry was a very helpful host and responded quickly to any questions that we had during our stay. Many good recommendations on places to eat and things to do on our trip.

Exceeded our expectations! Centrally located and close to shops, restaurants and downtown Hilo! Very clean, quiet and it has everyrhing you need! We highly recommend this property! We'll be booking this property on our next year's trip!

The best part of our stay was the view and the large park literally out the back door. It's beautiful and easily accessible for walking.

Great recommendations for local spots to visit and for meals & more. Spacious condo overlooking the park. Walking distance to the farmers market, even in the rain—owner provided a giant umbrella!

Great Stay

The condo was nice and on the beautiful park. We are both pretty tall and the sink was really low… not a big deal though. It was a simple, clean and comfortable stay.

Great location to everything

This condo was perfect place for us to visit the highlights of the eastern side of the big island. Condo has a beautiful view of the lagoon and is very quiet. It’s very close to restaurants and a short drive to shops and stores for supplies.

Location, location, location!

Our stay was centered around enjoying Merrie Monarch and all the activities surrounding it, and this property was perfect. Charming, clean and convenient, we were able to take a 10-15 minute walk across the park to the stadium. Everything we needed was accessible vis a short walk or drive

This was a great condo in a great location in Hilo. It was within walking distance to many places, which was so convenient. The hosts were very responsive. I had a small issue with the coffee pot and a new one was delivered the next day. I also need to mention that the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend this place and will stay here again when I’m back in Hilo.

It's nicer than you think

Condo is lovely and clean. Free parking. Starbucks nearby. Easy access to major roads. Several attractions and restaurants close by. Don't miss Pesto Cafe and Tsunami Museum. Excellent host! Thank you Terry.

High rise Hilo condo

We use condos as mainly places to relax at night and for sleep. This place fit the bill. It was very quiet and the room was great for the two of us. The host had a notebook available that had a lot of good information. We enjoyed the koi and the birds along the path to the parking lot.

This is a condominium. The building itself needs care and some of that are in the works like a new Swimming Pool likely be ready for use in the early part of 2027.They also feature a 24 hour Security Staff that was helpful in finding our parking space.Off the elevator the hallway is very dark, The unit is clean, bed is low to the ground and on the harder side of medium to Hard Mattress, fan and air conditioning worked well, slider not able to open it after day 1.We called, someone came over but was unable to open it too. Unable to get repaired during the stay.Everything is very outdated. I found the shower uncomfortable because of the placement of the safety hardware. No fan in the shower and toilet too.All faucets should be replaced, looks like hundreds of thousands to upgrade the entire unit and it desperately cries out for it.But it’s clean, everything is useable except for the sliding door in the bedroom.I personally wouldn’t stay there again because it needs lots of loving care.It’s a great location, very close to everything, it’s very clean, and I slept well.If fully upgraded 5 stars easily, as is , it warrants a strong 3 Star rating.

The view was nice. Very quiet. Security guard at night was very helpful. Unit was nice, nothing fancy but served our purpose. Could have used more info like where we were supposed to park, was a little confusing at first.

Can't beat the location. Nice balcony view. Very clean. Host recommended a lot of good beaches and restaurants. Fun to watch the Muscovy Ducks. Parking was slightly tricky at check in due to the map of the lot and parking spot being in the room. Receiving an email map prior to check in would fix that. Besides that it was great
