This memorable house is the perfect home base for your trip to Hilo. Nestled in a serene neighborhood, this adorable property offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere for guests. With 3 bedrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and recharge.

Start your vacation at this centrally located home, surrounded by shopping centers, restaurants, parks, and beaches! If you are visiting Hilo for business, this space is ideal as well, with plenty of table space for working and high-speed internet through Spectrum (200mbps). Our beautiful floors, modern kitchen, and walk-in shower give the space a luxury feel. In addition to the 3 beds available in 3 bedrooms. there is one futon sofa and huge sectional sofa in the living room to accommodate extra guests; please note there are no extra beds. Air mattresses are available upon request.

Whether you're exploring the city or simply enjoying a quiet evening in, it's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.

Private parking is on-site at the entrance of the apartment. Please let us know if you will need space for more than 2 vehicles. Laundry room is located in the garage. Quiet hours between 9pm and 7am

We loved everything about this place! It was a perfect location and the house was clean and comfortable. And so spacious. I usually dream about getting back to my own bed when I travel but the bed was so comfortable I didn't think about it once! We can't wait to stay again!

The house was nice and clean and a good amount of space. The house comfortably sleeps 6, not 9. The pull out futon in the one bedroom, didn't seem to pull out easily and curves on the ends, so not really a comfortable bed. I'm also not sure where the 9th person would be sleeping. As it was, the mattresses were comfortable, but the primary bed was very squeaky. The main living area has very cold AC, but the bedrooms don't have any units. Luckily, it was cool in the evenings and we were comfortable without it. We ended up not cooking any meals at the house, so I can't say how well stocked the kitchen was, but everything else was in good working order. We showed up at 4 pm and they were still working on cleaning the house and getting ready for us. We left to get food and everything was ready when we returned. It would have been nice to be able to check in at 4, but it was fine and everything was clean when we returned.

The house was perfect for our stay in Hilo! Near grocery stores, several shops, and local sights. The house was very clean and spacious. We were especially grateful for the AC and laundry room. Maggie was very quick in responding to our questions. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in Hilo!

The property was beautiful and was there was plenty of space. As mentioned in the description, there is only a air conditioner in the living room area, and that does not cool things down well. It was also pretty hot at night. So as long as you understand that when you book it, you will be fine. They provided, linens, towels, bath towels and basic kitchen supplies. The house was close to a grocery store. There was also laundry available which was helpful. Everything was very clean. There was plenty of space for sleeping. The bedroom with a 2 beds actually has a futon that folds down flat, not a sofa bed. The master bedroom was great, but the bed is SUPER creaky. They also supplied multiple fans in each bedroom which helped cool things down as well.

Family vacation

Great location. Very spacious and comfortable. Only thing was it didn't state if it were handicapped accessible. Took my father who uses wheelchair and cane. Other than that great place. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, accessible to everything.

Beautiful property, and accessible to everything. Our family enjoyed it. My 8-year-old boy enjoyed the board games. The only thing is they don't have enough bedsheets and pillowcases (there's 8 adults and 1 child in our group). Also, they have super old and scratched none stick pans for cooking.

The location of the unit was great in terms of being close to everything we needed - beach, restaurants, stores, etc. Cleanliness was fine and the host was very responsive in all communication. Just a couple of weird issues - the light and ceiling fan in the master bedroom were either all on or all off - so in the August heat we could not have the ceiling fan on without also having the light on - not ideal for sleeping. The kitchen is pretty sparsely stocked. We had a full house and had to buy disposable plates, cups, flatware because there was not enough in the house. We also had issues with the kitchen refrigerator not working properly but the host was very responsive in providing us with an alternate solution. Upon our arrival there was no hand soap in any bathrooms or in the kitchen. We ended up going out to buy some because we didn't receive any from the host until the next day. Additionally, storage space with cleaning supplies is in the garage of this unit, so there were often cleaning staff entering and leaving that part of the property during our stay. All in all, a good stay, just some things a little wonky.

The good, the bad and the serratia marce

The place is just how it is described on the site, perfect for our family’s needs, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Noticed the place had just been cleaned as the floor was still wet from mopping. I discovered later on the place had not received a thorough cleaning. I went to shower and noticed to my horror, a pinkish film on the grout of master bedroom shower, I went to the second bathroom and noticed it was even worse there. I messaged host, the co host answered and she was able to come clean (at 9 pm) the second bathroom but wasn’t able to clean the master bedroom, as someone was sleeping in there and it would have been weird. They came the day after to put in new shower curtains as those had mold as well, but never came to clean the master shower, even after they told me they needed to “treat it”. So we had to take a shower with the bacteria infested shower. It was so bad, they agreed to refund me the cleaning fee. Not sure why I was rated so low, we cleaned the kitchen, left no garbage in the bathrooms or kitchen, left CLEAN dishes in DW, used towels left on the floor. 2 stars for house rules, not sure why we did not get any complaints from the host about breaking rules. If the two stars for overall experience was due to the complaining, I have a right to expect a clean place to reside in, especially when they are slamming a 200 cleaning fee and allowing a bacteria infested shower, who knows what else is lingering in the place.
