Currently the pool and BBQs are not available. The unit was very clean with the exception of sand and crumbs in between the couch cushions. The AC units work well however the AC in the master bedroom does not cool as well as the other two and sometimes smells like burning candles. There are homeless in the area of Hilo so sometimes I did not feel comfortable walking into town or around town by myself. The location of the condo is good. The property management company is very responsive.

The AC alone is worth it. This is an older building and it has all the ear markers of being an older building and especially one that has been a rental. The shower was great, though the opening is a bit small. The kitchen space was really small, but if you’re not cooking gourmet meals, you’ll be fine. There is no seasonings, no oil, etc. which is fine, I pack my own. Thought this info would be helpful for others staying. There were 3 patios, but I only used the master bedroom one - it was somewhat difficult to push open/closed. Parking was extremely convenient, but there were stairs. I would stay here again as it’s extremely close to everything - close to family, close to Prince kuhio mall, and the area is well maintained.

Pleased with Condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very pleased with areas as marked below with 5 stars. The 4 star review is in reference to couple of light fixtures didn't work (kitchen and mstr bdrm), and a problem with a twin bed frame that made sleeping uncomfortable. We made do and reported it at check out via text. We didn't want to interrupt our stay. Overall, we loved the unit and have already shared your condo name with friends. The most awesome view was from the master bedroom with the huge windows and the amazing sight of both Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa! Also, the park at the back of the building was perfect for walking. We loved that the bedrooms were separated by the living room and 3 balconies for enjoying the outside. The view was beautiful. It’s close enough to town to walk to restaurants or the shops. It’s an older building with low toilets and the water in one bathroom makes noise when turned on all the way. We would stay again.

This was the second time we have stayed in this unit and would definitely love to make it a third time! For three adults, the number of beds, bedrooms and bathrooms were great! The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and we appreciated having a cooler to use on outings. This condo is situated nicely between all there is to do on the east and west sides f this portion of the island.

This was my third time in this building with this management company. Checking in and out is easy. While the building is in need of some love the units are updated, clean, and have everything you could need. The location is great! It's a short walk to the ocean, the outdoor market, and historic downtown Hilo.

Great stay

Saltwater vacations were great to deal with. Organised and deluvered an electric kettle immediately. Unit was great location if you have a car. Beds very comfortable
