Our neighborhood, while it has its historical charm from the 1940s, is generally quiet and not prone to criminal activity. However, we understand your concerns about safety, especially when arriving home late. To address this, we have implemented several security measures, including outdoor cameras, an alarm system, and a door reinforcement device to deter any potential safety issues and provide peace of mind. Additionally, we are currently in the process of procuring a privacy fence to further enhance the property and create a more secure environment for our guests.
