I am sorry to hear that you did not love your stay here on South Padre Island. We try to do our best to set our guest expectation when renting a condo and I am sorry we were not able to be as clear as you like. The condo has such an amazing view and excellent price point that most of our renters have really enjoyed and valued their stay in this condo. The pictures do show the condo exactly how it is, I understand that we do not have new flat top stoves or stainless steel refrigerators, however, we make sure the savings are passed on to the guest. As you experienced, we do get busy during the summer and parking at the condo is limited, but there is additional parking directly across the street. We are aware that the garage is small and are careful not to advertise it as having covered parking. We do give you all the parking information when you checked in, I am sorry if you overlooked that information. Again, I am so sorry that you did not enjoy your stay.

We do our best to represent a condo as accurately as possible to all of our guests, this condo had not had a negative review like this is over 3 years, we have worked to make sure it is ready to host all of our guests. Please contact us, I will be happy to review the issues so we can make sure this does not happen again. I have talked with our housekeeping staff and the person that cleaned this condo. We have reviewed your notes and the importance of detailed cleaning, we are both confident the condo will meet our high standards for all of our upcoming guests.
