Beautifully appointed 2BR, 2BA 1st Floor Facing Lush Tropical Courtyard!

Beautifully appointed, easy-access, ground-floor condo. 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 remodeled bathrooms can accommodate a party of up to seven Guests .This is the larger, 2 br, 2 ba 1100 sq ft D unit. UPDATE...HVAC and duct work completely replaced and brand new in 2022 to make your stay more comfy!

The first bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has two double beds and a spacious walk-in closet. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors that open to our spacious, gated patio. Both BR's also have flat-screen tv's and adjustable, lighted ceiling fans.

The patio overlooks a beautifully landscaped, tropical courtyard. There are two tete e tete bistro sets on the patio NEW in 2025, making it the perfect location for your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Just a a few short steps to one of two beautiful, heated pools and a short stroll through the tropical Tiki courtyards to the gated Gulf beach entrance.

There are two bathrooms newly remodeled in 2021 and repainted in 2024. Both bathrooms were remodeled with new toilets, updated vanity cab doors and fixtures and new quartz counter tops and vanity seats! First bathroom offers a full-size tub/shower combo with new glass door. The second bathroom offers a 5 foot walk-in shower.

The living room features NEW 65" Ruko Smart flat-screen TV, NEW TV console, NEW LR furniture including new sleeper sofa, 2 new swivel/glider barrel chairs, new coffee and end tables and 2 new table lamps. The living room also has a sliding glass door and allows access to the same tiled patio with NEW patio furniture. The dining room is equipped with dining table for 6 and breakfast bar with 3 bar stools. Stunning NEW dining room dimmable 5 light fixture.

The freshly painted kitchen features glass top oven/range, microwave, separate filtered water faucet and dishwasher. Kitchen is fully equipped and should nicely accommodate your cooking needs.

The Tiki also offers free Wi-Fi and cable television. There is an on-site, coin-op laundry. The Tiki beachfront property on South Padre Island is truly a tropical paradise offering miles of beautiful white sand beaches and related activities. Come, relax and enjoy!

Island Paradise

I booked this place because I thought it might be a great spot for birdwatching while my boys hit the beach. It turned out to be perfect! The beach was just steps away and the bird sanctuary was right across the street. We could watch the sunrise over the ocean in the morning and the sunset over the lagoon in the evening. The condo was clean and comfortable, and the landscaping was well-maintained and beautiful. It was perfect.

Need to be a little more attentive

Bathrooms need exhaust fans, make sure they have toilet paper, we only had one and half of another one on each bathroom and sofa bed made too much noise!

Spacious family condo

Everything you need for a home away from home. Towels, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen. You do need to bring your own beach gear. Would definitely stay here again.

South Padre

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Beds and sofas were comfy. Kitchen was nicely stocked. My only feedback would be the community not the condo, the pool was warm…I know the description said one pool was heated but I think they both were…it would be nice to have a cool pool to get into but the water at the beach was nice and cool!

Really enjoy own stay in family

Great Trip

Tiki was a great place to stay. This condo did not disappoint. The staff, amenities, property and surrounding things to do was perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better week. We will be back.

Great stay in an great condo

I just want to say that our stay at this condo was great. The condo had great decor, bedding, and was very clean with lots of kitchen appliances and utensils. The kids enjoyed the pool and we liked the close access to the beach. We also enjoyed the location, that was almost directly across the street from the turtle sanctuary. The beds were comfortable and we had a great nights sleep each and every night we would definitely book this place again and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Amazing stay

We spent the week here with our family. We had a great time and the condo had everything that we needed. Plenty of room for our 4 kids and 3 adults. Brand new pots and pans and a lot of towels made the condo even more comfortable.

Walking Distance to Beach - great layout

My husband and our 3 kids stayed here for basically a week and enjoyed every minute. The easy access of a first floor unit along with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was perfect. The location made such an easy and quick walk to the beach that it wasn't a hassle at all if we had to walk back to the condo for more food, drinks, or even a quick break from the beach. Pool access and laundry were also right outside the unit. Had a great time and highly recommend this unit!

The Tiki is a good location. Fun place to relax & enjoy your time away from home. Always good food.

Been visiting the Tiki for many years. Will not stay any place else. We have never had any issues with staff or anyone. The surroundings are getting crowded but still a fun place to visit.

Family vacay

Short walk to beach. Clean comfortable condo with plenty of room. Comfy beds. Ample towels in bathrooms. Nice kitchen utensils and non stick pans. Close to pool and bbq pit. Cold A/C. Very nice stay! Hope to stay again soon.

Return to South Padre

This condo's location right by the pool and within easy walking distance of the beach is perfect for a sun filled vacation. Even when there were a lot of people using the pool over the weekend, it was not intrusive while we sat on our shady patio. The condo's kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils. Comfortable furniture and being well decorated made for an enjoyable week. This property will definitely be on our list for future stays.

My stay

Great location. Friendly people and staff. Grounds were kept in excellent condition and the place was very nice. Close to beach and pool was just outside patio door. Only con I would say was there was no beach amenities (beach chair/wagon/umbrella). Most beach VRBO’s I have stayed in the past these were always provided. With that said, you could rent chairs on the beach also. All in all great stay and would come back to stay again.

Condo

The condo is very, very nice. Comfortable furniture & beds, very nice towels and a well supplied kitchen. Couldn't ask for more. A great place to stay. Steps away from the ocean, pools, laundromat & close to bars & restaurants. The free Bus System provides local transportation. The condo is located in our favorite Winter Texan destination.

Beach Time

Very relaxing. Easy access to beach and right next to the pool for evening swim. We had a Great time on the island and the accomidations were a big part of making the vacation a success.
