Great laid back location

Rockford is a great location and Tiny Rock is comfortable, private, clean and relaxing. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Tinyrock is an excellent place to stay. The host even came out on Thanksgiving to fix an issue, and could not have been more polite. We will definitely be back when we stay in Knoxville. I can not recommend this lovely little tiny home enough.

This place is adorable! Can be a little tricky finding it, but we loved our weekend there. Would definitely recommend!

Relaxing getaway

We greatly enjoyed our two night stay. It was nice to be tucked away from all the hustle and bustle. Very convenient to get to and from Neyland stadium. We definitely plan to stay here again.

Perfect cozy spot!

We loved our stay at Tiny Rock. The home was perfect for our needs - it was nice, clean, and quiet. I love that it had a gas cooktop to do some meals, and washer/dryer to do a load of laundry before we left. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Weekend Getaway for Softball

We had a wonderful stay at Tiny Rock. The property is very well maintained and stocked. The inside is beautiful and very cozy. We will definitely return to this property.

the perfect getaway!

beautiful property! the interior is absolutely beautiful as well as very clean. we loved being in a secluded area that was still a short distance from knoxville, where we attended a concert. will definitely be booking here again in the future!

The tiny home is located on 10 acres in rural Rockford, but there are two other homes located on the property, but we have installed a privacy fence on the front patio area to keep it secluded as possible. Perfect small house - has everything that a person could need - no issues at all and if I am back in the area in the future I would definitely consider staying again - I liked being away from everything (and you are out there a bit, it is very nice) and I especially enjoyed the shower. For a small house the stand up shower was very roomy.

The Tiny House is small but the spaces inside feel full size. Check-in was very easy. The house was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen amenities are limited but fine for a short stay. Note no dishwasher, but again for our short visit and just two people only doing breakfast at the house, it was very acceptable. Would definitely book again for another visit.

Perfect Get Away

This home is in a fantastic location for reaching out to the area. It is clean, comfortable, and peaceful. You can easily reach Knoxville, Maryville, Sevierville, and Gatlinburg from this cozy hideaway. I highly recommend it.
