About this space:
This modern single-family home is just steps away from Portland's Eastern Promenade with its glorious views of Casco Bay and the islands.
Many of the city's best restaurants, cafes, breweries & distilleries are within walking distance from the house.
Park your car in the private parking spot behind the house and forget about it for a while and enjoy the city!
The space:
The main floor of the house features an open kitchen & living room floor plan which is a perfect spot for friends and family to gather.
The living room leads out to a private deck area.
The two upstairs bedrooms each feature queen-sized beds.
The living room couch folds flat to transform into a comfy single bed. (See pics)
Little ones are welcome! If you need a Pack n-Play or a highchair during your stay, please let me know and we will set them up for you.
*Please note that the house has two staircases which are too wide to be blocked with a baby gate.

All areas of the house are available to our guests.
Other things to note
There is one parking spot for our guests in the parking lot behind the house.
If you are visiting with 2 cars, there is on-street parking available, usually right in front of the house or a couple of doors down.

Couldn't be happier - Great spot!

The house was just as cute as pictured, and the communication with our host was great - Jennifer was so responsive and welcoming! Great location, too! We were able to walk to the venue (PHOME) for a great show, and overall had an awesome weekend with our friends - great spot for a small group of friends! Thanks for the hospitality!

Cozy and restful rental!

This property is one of the best we’ve ever stayed at. Spotless, cozy and organized, well appointed and beautifully designed. The lighting, linens and plants really elevate the place - and the beds are amazing. We loved that everything was labeled and clear and that the rental was well stocked with everything we needed for a quick winter getaway with family. we will definitely re-book this amazing place!

Lovely home in a great location

My husband and I loved our stay here for a few days in Februrary. The host was easy to reach and accomodating. The house was charmingly decorated and looked to be recently rennovated. Beds were super comfy! The neighborhood was ideal. So much great food and beer within walking distance. Highly recommend!

A fantastic winter escape

While not considered the typical time for a visit to Portland, this property proves that Portland can shine in any season. Our host was incredibly responsive and hospitable to all of our questions, and the property was immaculate. All of the comforts of home were included, leaving guests to enjoy their stay. This space is ideal for enjoying the city, and cozy for a small group or couple. I cannot recommend this property enough.

Beautiful, great location

The place was beautiful and spotless. Spacious shower and bath. It and very confortable. Fantastic restaurants within walking distance. The off street parking was a huge bonus.

Lovely place near Old Port

This home was absolutely perfect! The entire place was absolutely spotless. Decor was very nice, clearly well thought out. Everything was very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for my husband and I, and our adult son. The location couldn’t have been better! We walked everywhere - dinner, shopping, or just strolling along the shore. There were so many really thoughtful amenities - lots of little hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, clothing, etc. Bedside tables with little lamps for reading With coasters for a water bottle. The kitchen was fully stocked. All in all, an amazing place, and a fantastic visit to Portland!

Great, short stay in Portland

The unit was exactly as described and very clean. The host was responded quickly to any communication. There were very thoughtful snacks left! We just wish we'd had more time to explore Portland!

Beautiful home!

Very contemporary cute home! We enjoyed our stay. Lots of steps just be aware if you have large luggage. Jennifer was amazing to work with and offered great local recommendations!

Surprisingly amazing!

When we first entered the unit I was trying to compare what I saw with the images that had been posted for the listing. The reality far exceeded those pictures. We loved everything about the unit and enjoyed our stay there very much. The location was perfect. This is the most enjoyable rental unit we have ever stayed in. Thank you Jennifer!

Clean, well-appointed home with super accommodating host!

Really enjoyed our stay with our 2 young daughters. The apartment is well lit, in a great location at the peak of Munjoy Hill and it was so easy to communicate with our host it made the stay feel easy and exactly what we wanted!

Relaxing visit to Portland

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Jennifer’s house. The house is super comfortable and in a great location. It’s an easy walk to old port and many fabulous coffee shops, restaurants and breweries. Jennifer is a gracious host and provided numerous suggestions for activities and dining in the Portland area. Communication was quick and clear. We would definitely stay here again!

Stylish, Comfortable, and Everything You Need!

This private dwelling had everything we needed and the hosts were extremely accommodating. Set in the Munjoy Hill area with plenty in walking distance, my husband and I brought our bikes for easy an access to everything Portland has to offer. We even stole away to Peaks island for a day. It was a perfect weekend away. Thank you Jennifer!

Bright and sunny!

Wonderful girls weekend

We were so happy with this property, it was the perfect space for three busy moms to get away and relax together. So clean and well thought out, appreciated all the little touches. Easily walkable to everywhere we wanted to go in Portland. We will always remember getting to see the northern lights from the balcony! Will definitely come back here again, thanks for everything.

Girls weekend

We just loved this place! Off street parking is a big plus!! We were able to sit out on the back deck all afternoon one day!! We walked all over the place. Great location!! We would stay here again.

spacious but cozy

This home was so tidy and had many perks! The attention to detail made us feel right at home. The shower and bathtub were so spacious! The heated towel rack was luxurious! Off street parking was a bonus. Quiet neighborhood! Sweet little balcony area. the bed and bedding were so comfortable, as was the living room with the fold out sofa - extra snuggly ! Jennifer was a great host, immediate responses. Check in was smooth and easy! Exceptionally clean . not a lot of staples in the kitchen, so bring what you need for cooking but well stocked with everything else you need !

What a find!

What a wonderful property! All high end finishings and fixtures right down to the heated towel rack in the bathroom. Location was perfect for us, a walk through the neighborhood to the Old Port about 20 mins. Spectacular brunch around the corner from the house (5 min walk). Thank you Jennifer for your wonderful recommendations and your gracious hospitality.

Large Townhouse in downtown Portland

Great location, large property, nice amenities, smooth check-in, honestly looked even nicer in person than in the description. Jennifer was super responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.

Munjoy Hill gem

Jennifer's place is beautiful, comfortable, and so inviting. The location was great. We walked pretty much everywhere. She was excellent with communication. We will definitely be back.

PERFECT!!!

We loved our stay here, I wish we could have stayed longer! The house was very clean, stylish, and incredibly thoughtfully put together. Walkable to the Eastern Promenade and lots of restaurants all over. We will be back!

Currently residing on the beautiful East End, it is such a pleasure to have discovered that over the last decade or so this neighborhood has grown into a wonderfully diverse, safe and welcoming community. Plus, I love being able to walk to brunch and to the market! I desperately missed those outings, living in the car-centered culture of Los Angeles. It's been a wonderful experience meeting and hosting people from all over the world who are visiting Portland!
