About this space:
This modern single-family home is just steps away from Portland's Eastern Promenade with its glorious views of Casco Bay and the islands.
Many of the city's best restaurants, cafes, breweries & distilleries are within walking distance from the house.
Park your car, forget about it for a while, and enjoy the city!
The space:
The main floor of the house features an open kitchen & living room floor plan, which is a perfect spot for friends and family to gather.
The living room leads out to a private deck area.
The two upstairs bedrooms each feature queen-sized beds.
The living room couch folds flat to transform into a comfy single bed. (See pics)
Little ones are welcome! If you need a Pack 'n Play or a highchair during your stay, please let me know, and we will set them up for you.

All areas of the house are available to our guests.
Other things to note
There is ample on-street parking available, usually right in front of the house or a couple of doors down.

The home was lovely with lots of nice extra touches. Close to the port. Nice walk there, all up hill home! Close to Washington street, where there are lots of shops and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay! Jennifer’s VRBO was lovely and had everything we needed and more. I especially appreciated all the thoughtful little touches that made the place feel extra special. We even had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer in person, and she was so helpful with recommendations. She was also quick to respond to any questions we had through the app, which made everything easy and seamless. I would absolutely stay here again!One thing to note for future guests: there are two flights of stairs to reach the bedrooms and bathroom. This was a bit challenging for our older guests, but it shouldn’t be an issue for most people. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Beautiful place that was close to everything we needed, great central location. Note that there is a flight of stairs to get to the apartment living space and another set for bedrooms, we didn’t mind at all but something to consider with large luggage.

The property was very nice and clean, exactly as described. There was a little deck outside that was very enjoyable in the afternoon and evening. The area we stayed in was nice and Jennifer provided wonderful recommendations for local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Even more amazing than the pictures!! Gorgeous decor, so much sunlight and insanely clean. This spot also has everything you could ever need from coffee pods to cozy robes! Amazing location… can walk to SO many restaurants, coffee spots and shops. Jennifer was also great and super helpful and responsive. Five stars!!!

Clean, well-appointed home with super accommodating host!

Really enjoyed our stay with our 2 young daughters. The apartment is well lit, in a great location at the peak of Munjoy Hill and it was so easy to communicate with our host it made the stay feel easy and exactly what we wanted!

Beautiful, great location

The place was beautiful and spotless. Spacious shower and bath. It and very confortable. Fantastic restaurants within walking distance. The off street parking was a huge bonus.

Large Townhouse in downtown Portland

Girls weekend

We just loved this place! Off street parking is a big plus!! We were able to sit out on the back deck all afternoon one day!! We walked all over the place. Great location!! We would stay here again.

Bright and sunny!

We enjoyed our time on Cumberland Ave. It was walking distance to fun bars and restaurants. The rooms were comfy. We had everything we needed! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The perfect spot to discover Portland!

Terrific location - walkable to the waterfront and there are plenty of excellent local restaurants a few blocks away. Jennifer was very responsive and has styled the unit in a modern and comfortable way. Would definitely return!

Currently residing on the beautiful East End, it is such a pleasure to have discovered that over the last decade or so this neighborhood has grown into a wonderfully diverse, safe and welcoming community. Plus, I love being able to walk to brunch and to the market! I desperately missed those outings, living in the car-centered culture of Los Angeles. It's been a wonderful experience meeting and hosting people from all over the world who are visiting Portland!
