This is our second home and truly our happy place. We love hiking, mountain sports, and enjoying the wonderful restaurants and activities that Breckenridge, Frisco and surrounding Summit County have to offer. We live local in the Denver area.

Our condo is located a 2 minute walk to the Breck Rec path where you can walk, run, stroll, bike while gazing at the beautiful 10-mile range and other gorgeous surrounding mountains. Just down Tiger Road 1/2 a mile is the Breckenridge golf course and Nordic center and another mile beyond that is Horseshoe Gulch trailhead with access to a myriad of hiking and mountain biking trails. We often walk down the quiet road just outside the unit to a very pretty neighborhood with even more incredible views of the surrounding area. We are perfectly situated a couple miles north of downtown Breck and Ski Resort and only a couple miles from the quaint downtown of Frisco and Lake Dillon.

Our 2 bedroom 2-floor unit has a large 2nd floor cozy master bedroom and bath with soaring ceilings and comfy recliner and stuffed chair to kick back and relax and/or watch the flatscreen while your family or friends can be hanging out downstairs in the living room or out on the very large main floor patio. We use the workout room/sauna to get a quick workout when we haven't got enough of the abundant opportunities of outdoor recreation.
