This is a very nice property in an excellent location. The house is exactly as described, and was very clean and comfortable when we arrived. The location is 5 min walking distance to most of the restaurants and shops, as well as a few more minutes to the pier area.We would certainly stay here again if we return to the area.

St Simon’s

Wonderful! Very convenient location. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Don’t miss the lighthouse! I would recommend driving to Jekyll island and seeing the boneyard beach.

Quick recon trip to SSI

The perfect place to experience all that SSI has to offer! Close to everything in a quiet and peaceful park area. Loved the nod to old charm while also clean updated. Rent bikes and explore!!!

Loved it

Great location. Adorable neighborhood. The house was very clean and very well stocked with kitchen essentials. Property management was very easy to communicate with. Had a great time!

Fantastic home!

The house was a perfect size for Me and my adult son. The house is set in a great location, close to restaurants and to the fishing pier. Everything was exactly as described. Perfect.

Solid place in excellent location.

We stayed for 6 days, and for the most part, things were great, including check-in, beach rentals, and location. We enjoyed walking around the park area, renting bikes around town, and exploring the island. However, the beds were a little dated and not very firm, and the house took a while to get cool, making some less than optimal sleeping conditions. We were disappointed with zero toiletries available. If you are looking for a perfect location, you can't go wrong, but I would suggest some finishing touches to the place to be cleaned up.

Hi. A few things about the house that need addressing.-Sofa springs are shot and the sofa is very uncomfortable -King bed mattress is also in need of replacing-Main TV has a screen streak/fuse type break-One travel size bag for entire house-Not enough linens and had to call for moreFor what we got—-should have been around 700.00 instead of 1000.00.Thank you,Leigh

Check in

I received at least 6 emails telling us to check in at 4pm and the key was under the mat. Well, we got there at 4:10 and there was no key under the mat. We called the phone number for help and after 20 minutes a very nice lady called back and said we must be mistaken, we were at the wrong property. I was put on hold and eventually told the keys were in a lock box. We ended up finding the keys in a hidden lock box and getting in the property 40 minutes late, but everything worked out and we had a very nice weekend. The louse and location were very nice!
