The mountain inspired studio averages 400 square feet. Featuring a plush king bed, queen sleeper sofa in the living area, flat screen state of the art LCD TV and a kitchenette.
The residences on Peak 8 are inspired by the mountain environment that surrounds the resort. These villas boast the best location anywhere, it directly overlooks the base of Peak 8 directly in front of the Rocky Mountain and Colorado Super Chair. In the Summer enjoy all the fun at Epic Adventures.

Restaurants, pools, hot tubs, fitness room, game room, media room, daily activities and much more. Feel free to park your car in the heated garage and take the complimentary shuttle into historic downtown Breckenridge.
Resort Details are unrivaled. The property has everything you need and would be easy to never even need to leave. However, getting into town could not be easier with the Gondola running until 5pm in addition to the convenient resort shuttle service.

Breck Spring Skiing
Our family traveled to Breckenridge mid April for Spring Break. Location was perfect! Conditions were excellent! Jodi was incredibly helpful with planning our stay. We had the best time and look forward to returning in the future.

Peak 8 is one of the best locations in Breckenridge for guests who want to spend more time enjoying the mountain and less time getting around. You’ll be steps from the ski lifts, ski school, restaurants, and activities at the base area. Downtown Breckenridge is also easy to reach by gondola or complimentary shuttle, giving you convenient access to Main Street without needing to drive.

What I love most about Grand Colorado is how easy it makes a Breckenridge vacation. You can walk out the door and be at the lifts, then return for a soak in the hot tub after a day on the mountain. Robbie’s Tavern is one of my favorite spots for lunch or après-ski, and the gondola makes it easy to head downtown without driving. It truly offers the best of both worlds: a slope side location with convenient access to Main Street.
