Property described perfectly. Miguel was a great host. Very responsive with any inquires. Ideally located for us as we were working from the house as well as seeing family that lived close by. Would stay again!

Miguel’s townhome was perfect. He had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a high chair for our infant daughter! The house was cozy and Miguel was very responsive when we had questions. I absolutely recommend his townhome and will share his listing with my own family who is visiting.

This beautiful place had everything we needed. Hard to believe it's a rental property considering that the condition of it is so pristine. Location was very convenient and communication with the owner was fast and easy. Will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO and would absolutely return. The unit was incredibly comfortable, quiet, and truly immaculate. Everything was thoughtfully maintained, making it a relaxing place to come back to after a day out.Miguel was an outstanding host—very responsive, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Communication was easy and quick, and he made sure everything was perfect for us.If you’re looking for a clean, peaceful, and well-cared-for place to stay with a great host, this is it. The accommodations were really wonderful. It is very spacious, clean and comfortable and has everything you need for a great stay and more. One of our guests was working remotely and the desk in the bedroom made things very efficient. The kitchen was supplied with all the necessary small appliances and kitchen tools and dinnerware and silverware. We didn't use the laundry. There are three televisions which we didn't use much but it would be great for a family with small children. My grandson came over and enjoyed playing the retro game unit. We used the garage to store our car for one night and it was very handy. The proprietor responded to all my questions promptly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend this property.

Excellent home, clean, fully equipped kitchen, new appliances, 2nd floor new washer and dryer. Use of garage to store our vehicle was nice to have in winter months stay. Miguel was responsive to any questions we had, made our stay very nice. Plenty of towels for our stay, great, safe neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants on Powers Blvd.Highly recommend for a northeast Colorado Springs location. Thank you Miguel.

This townhouse was absolutely amazing for our month-long stay. Tucked into a small, private three-building community on a no-outlet street, it felt quiet and secluded despite being close to everything. The two-level home was spacious, spotless, and very well equipped—the kitchen had everything we needed, and the fenced backyard with a covered grill area was a great bonus.Inside, there were some fun and thoughtful touches, like a stand-up arcade machine with multiple Pac-Man versions (we ended up loving Rolling Thunder). The highlight, though, was the private balcony off the master bedroom, which offered stunning mountain views—perfect for morning coffee while watching the sunrise hit the peaks.The host was exceptional—very responsive and easy to communicate with, quickly addressing any questions or needs that came up during our stay. Overall this place struck the perfect balance between comfort, privacy, and unique amenities—we’d absolutely stay here again.

A Beautiful Stay with Thoughtful Touches

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully maintained condo. The space was incredibly generous, with multiple bedrooms that easily accommodated our family and gave our kids their own room. It also offered a second family room which we didn't even get a chance to enjoy. The outside areas (balcony and deck areas) were amazing and offered a peaceful way to enjoy the Colorado weather.The condo’s location was ideal—conveniently close to a great selection of restaurants and shops, yet still a peaceful spot to relax and unwind. Check-in was a breeze, which made settling in easy as everything was communicated before we got there. A quick tip for future guests: you might want to bring an extra blanket for evening movie time, as it was a bit cooler at night than expected. Tissues are also a good item to have on hand.One highlight was the arcade system! It brought back so many fun memories with some of my favorite childhood games. We also loved the variety of board games provided—it was the perfect way to wind down our evenings with some good old-fashioned family time.Overall, this condo was a fantastic home base and made our trip all the more enjoyable. Would definitely stay again!

The place is wonderful. Very clean and has everything you would need. Beds are comfortable and it’s a quiet area. We loved that it was walking distance to 4 different coffee shops for morning coffee runs with our son in the stroller (as well as being central to most everything in town we needed!). Would definitely stay here again.
