New to VRBO! Our renovated bungalow is your next ideal getaway. Conveniently located in an up-and-coming area in the heart of Charlotte, our guests will enjoy close access to Uptown Charlotte and CLT Airport plus local breweries, restaurants and coffee houses.

The vacation rental is situated on a neighbor-friendly block in Enderly Park, an area experiencing revitalization and growth with lots of new constructions and business re-development.

Inside, guests will enjoy an upscale experience. Our bungalow offers an open living layout with 2 bedrooms, a master en-suite bath and a family bathroom.

▪️No smoking or vaping on the premises (indoor or outdoor). An extra cleaning fee will be applied to remove odors. Fees will range from $250.00 - $500.00.

▪️Early Check-In (pre-approval required - before 4pm) - starts at $85.00
▪️Late Check Out (approval required - after 11am) - starts at $130.00
▪️No loud music, it's important to honor and respect the neighbors.
▪️No unregistered guests staying/visiting the property without the host's permission.
▪️No photoshoots or filming allowed on the property.
▪️Photo ID required to book. Booking for someone else will result in cancellation of your reservation. No refund provided.
▪️Minimum age to book is 25+
▪️Please note: the fireplace is decorative and not working.
▪️Please note: you have access to everything on the property except for the utility room and the storage room.
▪️ Garbage collection is once a week on Thursday. A maintenance staffer will be onsite on Wednesdays and Thursdays to handle the garbage bins. Guests will not be disturbed.
▪️To enhance your visit this property is equipped with smart home features - entry keypad, doorbell camera, floodlight camera, door motion lights, smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, and Bluetooth enabled ceiling light fans. Tampering with these devices is prohibited and will result in damage fees. Security cameras are an integral feature to ensure the safety of our guests. Cameras are located on the exterior only. Tampering with these devices will result in a damage fee equal to the cost of replacement and installation.

There are NO refunds if you or any guests break the terms.

Within 24 hours of your booking, we must receive email confirmation that you have fully read the listing description and agree to follow the house rules. If confirmation is not received, either host and/or guest have the option to cancel the reservation without penalty.
