After staying near Pier Park the last few years, and being absolutely frazzled by the traffic and noise, we decided to stay on the other end of PCB. Wow! What a difference! No parking decks and no problems entering or exiting Watercrest, and the area around the property is very quiet in the evenings. The unit is roomy, well maintained and the large balcony offers fantastic views of the beach. The employees around the property were very friendly and anxious to help if asked. We had a really wonderful stay; can’t wait for next year!

Property was great! Host had quick response! Only issue was the dryer wasn’t drying our towels And once we let them know they dropped extra towels off the next 2 days! I would definitely stay here again!

Clean, super easy to get to room, beautiful unobstructed view. Spacious. Cort was very helpful, communicative and quick to answer any questions. We will definitely be repeat visitors!

Fantastic stay at Watercrest

We had a great time staying at this condo! The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Love that the Watercrest is smaller than others in the area so there was no crowded elevator and always had a great spot at the beach and pool. Also not as much traffic congestion to deal with. Also love that it has handicap accessible beach access for friends that traveled with us.

This was our second time to stay at Watercrest 203, and we would definitely stay again. The property is well kept and close to many restaurants and attractions, but is on the quiet end of the beach and not as crowded. The condo was spacious and up-to-date, and the view is awesome. There are sliding doors across the rear which offers a panoramic view of the beach. They also include two beach chairs and an umbrella for the length of your stay. We had a slight problem with the a/c our first day, but we contacted Colt and he responded promptly and took care of the issue. Another plus is the second floor location, which means you don't have to mess with the elevators and you have easy access to the beach. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone planning a trip to Panama City Beach, and I look forward to our next stay.

Winter 2025

We really enjoyed our stay. The view spectacular. Beds were comfortable. Couch and hide a bed not overly comfortable. Kitchen well equipped.

. We did have a issue with the tub clogged with water when we ran the shower and not draining well in the master bathroom. It had a very slow drain. We also used the couch pull out bed once due to not being able to put it back together easily.We didn’t take a chance using it again. Management came and fixed it for us which was very nice . Plus the sewer smell on the end of the building was very strong and annoying . We did enjoy our stay and the beds were very comfortable.
