Situated close to downtown, this home is conveniently located near hospitals and restaurants and offers easy access to the city's best attractions and medical facilities. Enjoy hiking/walking, and biking, just minutes away on popular trails such as Skyway and Cheyenne Mountain.
This lovely home has a comfortable living room with a smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures. The dining area comfortably seats four, and the fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary creations.
The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a convenient half-bath ensuite. The second bedroom also offers a queen-sized bed along with a comfortable lounge chair, while the third bedroom provides a cozy twin-sized bed and a desk for any work-related tasks you may have. There is a full bathroom down the hallway with the added convenience of a washer and dryer. Outside, the private fenced-in backyard includes a grill and a table and chairs, making it an ideal spot to wind down in the fresh Colorado air.
