Having a balcony facing the beach is a must, room was clean, towels and sheets included which is a plus. Having a kitchen is something we always look for when booking. A few minor things could be updated which I communicated. Overall it was a great location and a great view. We enjoyed our stay.

Condo location and ocean front view are amazing! The condo itself is extremely outdated. We had issues with bathroom fan that made an ear splitting noise if turned on. The half bathroom sink would not turn off and dripped the entire time.

Clean beautiful great ocean view

Of all the places I have stayed in OC, this condo was by far the cleanest! And, the view is absolutely amazing! So convenient with our littles to be able to walk to the beach with a few steps. We will definitely be booking here again next year! We had a great time!

Sandpiper Dunes

The condo was nice. The location is excellent. I owned a condo in the building for 20 years. I Love Sandpiper Dunes. I found it hard to communicate with the verbo app.

I felt some kinda way with all the Checkout notifications like i didn't fell comfortable so I made sure to leave your property as soon as I woke up Sunday morning! It was my first time and the details weren't clear but I did enjoy the beach

Love this area. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have booked this complex. I loved the comfy couches, porch furniture, and the bed. Honestly those things are probably my most important things to me! So good job with that. I will have to say, some updates are needed. The kitchen cabinets are in desperate need, they even appeared dirty. And the bathroom fan, my gosh. We didn't even turn it on, it looks and sounded like it was going to come crashing down from the ceiling it was so loud and vibrating.

First, the location of the property and the view from the balcony was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the linen package was great.Unfortunately, there were more things wrong than right. One or two things we can overlook but together, for us, and for the price of the unit, it was a deal breaker. The hot water in the 1/2 bath would not turn off so we had to turn it off under the sink so no hot water for our stay.The fan in the main bathroom was unusable. When turned on, it sounded like a freight train coming through the unit. The towel rack in the main bathroom on the door was broken and not usable. The one in the bathtub fell apart when we tried to lay a wash cloth on it. There were no alternative options in either bathrooms so we had to get creative on how to dry our towels.Toaster was totally broken. The only way you could toast a piece of bread was to hold it down manually.When the dishwasher drained, water came out of the air gap on the sink onto the counter.There was also a lot of random items in the kitchen cabinets which resulted in not a lot of room to store things we brought/bought. AC’s were super loud.I did reach out the day after we arrived to Coastal Life Vacations and they did not respond to our concerns. The more recent reviews on this unit echo our issues so it’s interesting that they’ve been ignored. Could be a great unit with a little effort but for the money we paid, we would not recommend.

Bathroom sink hot water could not turn off. Bar in shower tub falls out easily. Toaster broken. Kitchen could have been better equipped better (measuring cups, baking sheets etc). Could have used a dustpan. Found there was no storage for the food I brought, there were locks on the doors and the kitchen cabinet that I could have used had cleaning products in it. The cabinets need cleaned out. I would stay here again though because the balcony view is beautiful, the linens were very clean and soft towels. For the appearance and condition of the condo I feel it was overpriced.
