Nice house...check in was a joke
Myself, my husband and my mom were traveling in from central WA. My sister and her hubby and two kids flew in to Portland from Colorado. We did a few touristy things until early afternoon and decided to see if the house was available for early check-in. I was informed that early check-in was an additional 50. We decided it would be worth it as we were all tired from traveling all day (even though the 3 night stay was already 2700). We arrived at the house around 2:15pm, so less than 2 hours until the original check in time and we were told to use the code that was sent to us in the original booking instructions. That code did not work. We called the management company back. They attempted to reset the code many times to no avail. We ended up having to access the hide a key to enter the house. This whole process took more than a half hour. Once we entered the house with the key, we had to continue to try to set a door code with the management company. At 3:30 they were finally able to set a code that would work on our end. A few other house keeping items....The QR code to access the "home instructions" does not work and there are no other written instructions other than what was sent in the original email... luckily I printed them off before traveling. Also, we could not locate the garbage reciprocal outside to put our trash. We realized this on day 2 so I called the management company to notify them. We ended up leaving the full trash bags in the garage.
