Very clean and very equipped stocked kitchen. Stylish but very comfortable decor. Great location, very walkable to the beach and amazing coast views.

The house was wonderful!!! And the pictures do not do it justice l, the view was awesome!! Plenty of space. The house was very stocked. Would definitely stay again. Maybe a gas fire pit on the deck for those chilly mornings? But really that’s just a suggestion. Note to house cleaning, cleanest house we have stayed in

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, spacious, and in a great location. There was plenty of room for our family of 10, and it was fully stocked with everything we needed. The views were incredible—the pictures really don’t do this home justice!The beds were comfortable, with plenty of pillows and blankets, and there was lots of space for everyone to spread out. Overall, the home felt very clean, with just a few minor things that could use attention, including stains on a couple of bathroom rugs and the master comforter. We also noticed leaks from the refrigerator and under the kitchen sink that should be addressed.The home is beautifully decorated, although with five young children, we were a little nervous about having so much glass décor around.Our biggest disappointment was communication with the host company. Responses were slower than expected, especially on check-in day when we needed timely answers.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home, especially for larger families. With a little attention to the maintenance and communication issues, it would be an excellent stay!

The kitchen screen door was broke when we got there but other than that the house was great!!

Rockaway Beach

This was a fabulous house that had everything you needed. It had everything you needed plus! We had a question for the rental company and they were quick to answer! The walk to the beach was so close for our grandkids to make it so easy! So close to everything you need in town. We will stay here again!

Nice stay

Place was beautifully decorated and had every amenity including coffee, sugar, beach gear, plastic bags, and kids cups. Beach was very close. Wish we stayed longer! Check out was early though and there were quite a few requirements.

Beautiful house with everything we needed

The house was absolutely stunning. My teenagers loved all the modern upgrades in the home. My husband and I loved all the beautiful open space and big windows. We loved relaxing and watching the storm. We used the hot tub every day. That was a huge win for everyone. We would love to come bac again when the weather is warmer.

Nice house...check in was a joke

Myself, my husband and my mom were traveling in from central WA. My sister and her hubby and two kids flew in to Portland from Colorado. We did a few touristy things until early afternoon and decided to see if the house was available for early check-in. I was informed that early check-in was an additional 50. We decided it would be worth it as we were all tired from traveling all day (even though the 3 night stay was already 2700). We arrived at the house around 2:15pm, so less than 2 hours until the original check in time and we were told to use the code that was sent to us in the original booking instructions. That code did not work. We called the management company back. They attempted to reset the code many times to no avail. We ended up having to access the hide a key to enter the house. This whole process took more than a half hour. Once we entered the house with the key, we had to continue to try to set a door code with the management company. At 3:30 they were finally able to set a code that would work on our end. A few other house keeping items....The QR code to access the "home instructions" does not work and there are no other written instructions other than what was sent in the original email... luckily I printed them off before traveling. Also, we could not locate the garbage reciprocal outside to put our trash. We realized this on day 2 so I called the management company to notify them. We ended up leaving the full trash bags in the garage.

Overall great experience and we will likely book again. The internet flicked off a few times briefly but then finally went down and wouldn't come back up for 12 hours. Not good with the World Cup and other things on tv. I couldn't find the router/modem to do a simple reboot despite reaching out to the host so I had to shut power down to the whole house. It worked! We got internet back. I would suggest the host know where that device is to keep others from turning off the electrical panel like we had to do.

This property is super clean and i have very high standards for clean. It’s well stocked with everything you need. A bonus was sand toys and chairs and a wagon. Kids loved the ping pong table. It’s a super fast walk right onto the beach. We had two families and it was nice and big. I did message to see if we could get in early and i was told to message 24 hours ahead. I waited until 24 hours before and asked. I got no response so i messaged again 6 hours before and still no response. I would have appreciated better follow up with that. But everything else was amazing and we would stay here again.
