The cottage was super cozy and perfect for our family of 4 and dog! Conveniently located to all of the things we had on our to do list and stocked with all of the things you would need (minus an extension cord so we could plug in our phone chargers, etc. easier) It is right off a busy street, which the host warns about after booking! So just be cautious and all is well. It is a bit closer to neighboring houses than we originally thought, but was never a bother and the area is quiet! We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!!!

There was plenty of amenities like coffee, sugar, creamer, paper towels, tissue paper and soap. The only thing I would like to have seen was solar powered lights close to the end of the drive way so you could see it at night time. It was a nice cozy cottage that is close to the Biltmore. We will stay there again if we decide to revisit the Biltmore.

Property was pet friendly. Meal times were a little difficult. Sleeping quarters for 6 but seating at table for 4. House is very homey and we loved it.

House was perfect for our needs. We had 4 kids. Kitchen set up was functional and just right. Loved having the porch right off the kitchen for extra seating. Two bathrooms were also great for 6 people. Beds and furniture were comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable and had all we needed. I left my glasses.

The cottage is comfortable and has all the amenities. caretakers are friendly and reliable. It fits our needs perfectly and will probably stay there again.

Swannanoa

Cozy house just 1.5 miles from Warren Wilson provided a quick retreat from the heat of the afternoon. Quiet neighborhood, with lots of singing birds in the am.

Great little cottage

We were in town for a cheer competition for our daughter, and we needed to bring our dog. This place was in a great location and only 20 mins from downtown. We loved being able to stay outside of the city but still close enough to enjoy it. We will definitely be booking this cottage again in the future.

Very comfortable house to stay at. Plenty of room for the five of us. Quiet.

Very comfortable place to stay. The house is kept well. The only downside was the road that the house is on was very busy and people drove very fast on it. Otherwise I would highly for your stay

Girls weekend

The house is very cute. It is not far from downtow or Biltmore but a little remote. It was fine for us girls. A nice place to stay.

Charming & Convenient

We stayed here for a weekend getaway. It was 10 minutes away from downtown and about 15-20 minutes away from Biltmore. The house was very cozy and comfortable. It had all the necessities we needed. Way better than staying in a hotel. The neighborhood was quiet and had wonderful views.

Small Gem

Cozy little house - reminded me of my grandmother’s house. Sweet location; we enjoyed the running trail nearby and being able to sit outside in the yard at the end of the day. It’s close to a grocery store, easy to get to hiking trails, and great for exploring Asheville. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
