House is as photographed and described. Very clean. Also very close to downtown (less than a 5 minutes drive), really could walk it if you felt like it. Luis was very quick to respond to messages. Super nice back yard to sit outside at night. Zero negatives in this property.

This property is absolutely beautiful. Well stocked and easy to use. Comfortable with plenty of room. The garden is amazing, beautiful, and full of happy little lizards.

High value for the price. I'd book again in a heartbeat. Property was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Hosts were next door and very solicitous. I HIGHLY recommend this property.

I stayed here with my girls as a graduation girls weekend getaway. The vibe at this property is so happy, and calming. There is something to look at in every nook and cranny. This eclectic property was just so much fun to stay in. It's convenient to EVERYWHERE! We loved getting to sit on the porch in the grotto and just listen to the hum of historic St. Augustine. We are already looking to return for another girl's weekend.

The home was spacious, clean and convenient to the historic district. The furnishings/decor were very tasteful. The outdoor area was gorgeous! Unfortunately the weather prevented us from enjoying it. We were very pleased with this home and would love to return one day!

The hosts were very welcoming and attentive . Their place was adorable and cozy. Various family visited on our thirty days here and everyone loved the space and decor . This place was so adorable with lots of little treasures to check out. I liked that there was alot of information presented for things to do in the area. And i really liked the 2 floor layout! The hosts were very attentive to any communication needed. Cute little dive bar right around the corner that was so much fun too.

Delightful property with a really ideal location. Short walk/drive over the bridge to historic St. Aug. So much to do and see on Anastasia Island. You can tell a lot of time and love went into developing and decorating this property. Luis(s) super responsive and nice guys. We'll be back for a longer stay.

Lovely property in great location, just over the bridge from historic downtown on Anastasia Beach. Cool decor, well-stocked kitchen, nice living room. Both bedrooms great. Unexpected plus… the awesome patio overlooking the garden. We would gladly return!

We absolutely loved this place. Easy access to all the best food and attractions of St. Augustine while still having privacy. Very clean and up to date. We all loved the way the home was decorated, something neat everywhere you looked. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and would love to stay there again.
