Our pool is open ALL YEAR and heated from April 1st to November 1st.
Free private parking, located in downtown.
We now have an OFFICE with desk and office chair and 1 bedroom with a king bed.
Historic building fully renovated with 4 apartments that all share the pool with separate entrance. we are located in the heart of historic Lincolnville in downtown Saint Augustine. Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site.
The interior of this upstairs apartment has been tastefully decorated to match the style of the time, but with all the modern conveniences.
including large umbrellas and outside dining table for the perfect meal.
Flat screen TV's in living room, office, and bedrooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.
The apartment is equipped with a full bath that includes a tub/shower combination.
The amenities don't stop there! We also have a washer and dryer in which we provide the soap for your convenience and a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, and utensils. We have a drip coffee maker, coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar.
So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

Very clean. Convenient to downtown shops and restaurants. Parking on site. The pool was very nice. Pool towels were provided. The kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Host was helpful and a very good communicator. Apt was just as pictured and pool area was serene and lovely. Enjoyed my stay in St Augustine.

It was perfect for what was needed for our vacation weekend. Nice place with all the amenities we needed!! I would highly recommend. I’m always worried when I book somewhere to stay because my daughter and I have a strong allergy to fragrance. I always bring my own sheets, blankets and pillows. This place had no synthetic fragrance at all. It was so wonderful, I didn’t even have to use my bedding!! I will definitely book this place again on next trip to St Augustine.

Property was very clean, well supplied, great location. Pool very nice, homey place, quiet! 10 plus.
One thing for me that was challenging was the lighting in the living area. A larger reading lamp would have helped me a great deal.
Will definitely return in the future. Enjoyed everything and other guests!

The apartment was roomy and very clean. It is close to old St Augustine. If you are fit and able to walk a bit, then you can walk to the old town area. If not, there is a large parking garage in the midst of it all. The property is multi-unit, but we were never bothered by noise. Communication was great with host was great!

The owners were easy to work with. We didn’t have any issues during our stay. The condo was very clean, large, and kitchen was well stocked!! The pool area was beautiful. It was cool during our stay but would be great to use after a day of touring in the warmer months. The location was convenient and quick walk to many restaurants and attractions.

The apartment was perfect, just what we needed! It was so clean and cozy and quiet! The perfect getaway, we will recommend it to our friends and plan to be back again!

Owners Kirsten and Michael have been married for 35 years and have two wonderful children, Karen and Thomas. We have been fortunate and had the opportunity to live in many different places throughout the US and overseas. Finally, we decided to retire and settle in St. Augustine.

The fully renovated apartments and central location was attractive for us as we were looking at various properties. St. Augustine has a festive atmosphere and is full of happy vacationers which we really like, but for us the possibility for an active lifestyle with ample opportunity to walk and bike safely all over the city has been the greatest incentive to purchase a home in this area.
