This quaint and peaceful home located in St. Augustine's downtown neighborhood is the perfect place to explore everything this city has to offer. The space has an open boho feel, great for friends and family to gather. Multiple outdoor seating areas to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. This cozy purple bungalow offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, open kitchen, a working desk space, and so much more.

Just a 10 minute walk to historic downtown St. Augustine! Enjoy the walk in closet, 2 full bathrooms, brand new queen mattresses, ample living area and 2 outdoor patios. The front porch is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine at the end of the day. There are 2 mounted TVs with Roku streaming services located in the living room and the back bedroom. All updated appliances and new furnishings for you and your loved ones to enjoy. The beautiful beaches of St. Augustine are less than a 10 minute car ride away, located on Anastasia Island just over the Bridge of Lions.

Bring a bike or enjoy a leisurely stroll to all the local Lincolnville establishments. Right around the corner from Blue Hen where you can enjoy one of the best brunches in town. Dog rose Brewery is perfect for a casual beer and Fish Camp for a nice waterfront dinner. Free street parking throughout Lincolnville and metered parking in downtown St. Augustine.

This house was absolutely so adorable and lacked for nothing! Decorated beautifully with everything you would need. Bedding was very comfortable with wonderful linens and towels. Close enough to walk to many places you want to see! Cute back yard and great front porch.

We had a terrific stay in St. Augustine! The house was exactly as described. The location was within walking distance of restaurants, shops and dining. Also just a couple of blocks to a trolley stop. We highly recommend this property!

We loved our time in St. Augustine and this house had a lot to do with that! It had all the basic needs upon arrival- the fenced in back yard was perfect for our toddler along with the provided pack and play. We enjoyed evenings on the screened in porch and being so close to food and entertainment while being in such a quiet and safe area to stay at night! We would highly recommend this house!

The cottage was clean, had everything we needed and considerate little extras which were appreciated. It was a little farther than I expected from the historic area & would say a 10 min walk, not 5.

Our host was wonderful. Always responsible to emails. The house was very clean and cozy and within walking distance of restaurants and historic parts of St. Augustine. Our area was quiet and clean.

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage was very clean and lovely. Everything we needed was there, a lot of thoughtful details. The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance to downtown. We didn't rent a car and we walked everywhere. There was a little lake a couple of blocks away, which is a nice place to walk and see some birds. There was also a little cafe about a block from the cottage. Good coffee and breakfast. I highly recommend!

Super cute, immaculate and comfortable little getaway

We loved it here! The home was extremely clean and welcoming, with all the amenities needed for our week-long stay in St. Augustine. It was a short drive to town and nice to be not right on top of the hustle and bustle. The home was great for just 2 people. It was easy to communicate with the owner. We would stay here again!

This house is a located in a good spot. It is within walking distance to downtown and has equally close access to the Bridge of Lions or to US 1 if you need to take one of the other bridges farther south. The house was clean and comfortable. The streets are narrow in this part of town and the driveway to his house is quite narrow, but those are minor things you just deal with when visiting St. Augustine. It is also only a couple blocks from Maria Sanchez Lake, which makes for a pleasant early morning walk with all the water birds around.

You found the best place!

This was a great place to stay - close but not in the middle of the historical area. The host left a lot of convenient extras in case we might need something. So grateful and so appreciate her thoughtfulness.
