Open Dates due to Last Minute Cancellation! 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with heated pool, kayaks, hammock, large outdoor shower just a block from beautiful Sombrero Beach in Marathon. NO DOCKING FOR BOATS.
A full wall of glass sliders brings the beauty of the outdoors into the living room. The living room is outfitted with a 50' flat screen HDTV and Roku for streaming.
Three comfortable bedrooms: A king with ensuite bathroom and large walk-in shower, a queen with ensuite bathroom with tub, and a bedroom with two XL twins.
Hang out in the heated pool or on the patio, with chaise lounges, a gas grill and outdoor dining table. Relax in the hammock or kayak the clear waters – there are 2 single-person kayaks for your use.
The house is beautifully updated. The cook's kitchen opens to the living and dining room; the breakfast bar looks out to the canal.
The house is all on one level living -- good for all ages. We supply beach chairs, sand toys, pool floaties and some fishing gear. Walk to Sombrero Beach just around the corner – you don't have to pay for parking!
The house comes with starter items: one roll of toilet paper and one liquid hand soap per bathroom, a kitchen trash bag and a paper towel for the kitchen. It is expected that you will resupply whatever items you need during your stay.

To us, the Sombrero Beach area is the nicest neighborhood in Marathon. It's tucked away, quiet with lovely homes. Our home is located on Treasure Road, one block to Sombrero Beach.

Sombrero beach is one of the best kept secrets in the Keys. From our house, you can walk, drive, kayak or swim there -- we're that close! The back of the house looks across to mangroves -- it's a very restful, natural environment. The large kitchen and open layout of the living room and dining room makes it very enjoyable to hang around in the house with friends and family.
