Seaside/Hula Hut

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was top notch. We had a wonderful vacation! The beach access, food, and amenities were within a short walking distance. This is our second time renting through Homeowner’s Association and we highly recommend them!

Great location and house!

We had a great time at the Hula Hut. The location is fantastic! Super close to the beach, the family pool, and center of town where all of the food and shopping is. We walked everywhere! The house was clean. Showers were great and beds comfy. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Seaside Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family is very familiar with Seaside but this is the first time staying at Hula Hut.The house is beautiful and the layout is reasonable for a family with kids (which we are). The home is well equipped for cooking and laundry. The location is perfect. Far enough away from 30A (the road) to be quiet, but close enough so that we could simply walk to the beach. Also perfectly situated between the Seaside town center and the watercolor town center. The only thing bad was that there were a few dead roaches in the house, which we understand comes with the territory in the south. Service was prompt and polite for any requests. We would definitely stay at the Hula Hut again!

Spring break Vacay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The week we stayed was unusually cold. The rooms heated well but the kitchen and open living were cold. We loved loved the location. Loved the bike rentals. Lots of places to bike. Can walk easily to beach, shops, tennis. Porch swing and swing chairs were so fun and relaxing.

Fantastic Place to stay

Wonderful!

Clean and quiet. Short walk to shopping and the beach. CONS:Limited seating on the porch, one of the hanging chairs broke. ( Thank goodness n one was injured)

Just Perfect

Family Fun

Reviewer Comments: Wonderful house and location being a block from the pool and beach as described.Enjoyed the town of seaside especially the Drom restaurant with its dumplings and the afternoon cocktail with a view from Biud and Alleys My recommendations for the house are: buy knew fry pans and repair th3 outdoor shower door which would not open.

We enjoyed our stay. The stove in this property was problematic. One of the burners did not work, and the others were finicky. We had problems with it every day. Oven worked great. Property management was excellent in responding however there was nothing they could do about an appliance that simply does not function well.

Home and location exceeded expectations!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Hula Hut Cottage was exactly as described and pictured. It was perfectly clean when we arrived--not a speck of sand anywhere! The furnishings are in good shape and very comfortable. Loved that every bedroom has an en suite bathroom! A big reason we selected was for the easy/close beach access with small children, and it was only 1 short block to the beach. The Pensacola beach access also has a bathroom! It was also just 1-2 blocks to the Seaside main street with restaurants, food stalls, and shops. We didn't get into our car once the entire week! The Homeowners Collection staff were also very helpful in answering my questions via text in advance, and they checked on us once we arrived. We didn't have any issues during our stay. I definitely recommend/would book again!
