Welcome to “Shoreline`` a new-built pet friendly 2bedroom/2bath 4th floor condo close to downtown.



With a well-stocked kitchen, wifi, laundry facility and ample parking, it is perfect for a group of friends looking to stay close to all the attractions of TC, including Mission Peninsula wineries, craft breweries, local restaurants, shopping, and more. This unit is adjacent to the community dining and sitting space for the building.



We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and `retired` towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage. Quiet hours are observed after 10pm. We are in a residential neighborhood so please make sure to respect our neighbors. No unauthorized parties are allowed.



☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ Aside from the convenient location near all the major Traverse City attractions, this cozy home also boasts plenty of sleeping areas for families and groups to spread out comfortably. The light and airy master bedroom features a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. There is also a Pack N Play, toys, and children`s games available for young families. Bedroom 2 is outfitted with a queen-size bed, a twin rollaway in the closet and closet that is connected to the 2nd bathroom. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in living room, allowing a total of 7 people plus an infant - a rare commodity in the center of Traverse City.



☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ The home is equipped with 2 full spacious bathrooms, so there’s no need to jockey for space when you’re getting ready in the morning.



☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM ☆☆ The open concept kitchen and living area make it easy to hang out together while the chef in your group whips up tasty meals. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with modern stainless steel appliances, a blender, a toaster, and a coffee/tea station to make your mornings as easy and enjoyable as possible. Seating for six is available at the dining room table. If you’re traveling with youngsters, there is a high chair in addition to children`s bowls and utensils.



Relax in the cozy living room after a big meal. It is outfitted with comfy couch and sofas (which can convert into Queen size sofa bed at night), a large flatscreen TV, a large collection of children`s books, toys, and board games that the whole family will love. If you’re craving a breath of fresh air, head out onto the balcony off the living room. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or snuggle up with a good book on the outdoor furniture.

You will have private access to the entire home, free parking is provided in the parking lot. 4th floor spacious community room, perfect for getting some work done, or playing some games with a larger group.



If you bring your own bike there is indoor secure bike storage for you to use. For your entertainment, there are smart TVs with fast WiFi. Please bring your own logins for TV apps.



Please Note: New Vehicle Policies for the Trailside 45 Building

Per building regulations, the following vehicles are not permitted to be parked or stored on any common or limited common areas of the Association:

Please note during our peak season (June-September) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams. We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team is able to accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $50.00, please contact us for further information.



This house is on TART trail walking/biking through downtown. Within short walking distance to multiple restaurants and breweries. It is located within a few blocks of a grocery store, half a mile to Bryant Beach, and a short drive to the Old Mission Peninsula where you can enjoy our fantastic wineries. The 45-acre Civic Center park is a few blocks away with walking/running trails, a new playground, gym, ice skating rink, pool, skate park, and more.



Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.



Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $500 on your card. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay. The hold will be released 7 days after check-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages. Your privacy and security are paramount, and all card information is handled confidentially.



For cancellations, please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund, the credit card processing fee will be deducted. This policy does not apply to Airbnb reservations.

The unit has a nice layout that is comfortable and spacious. This is a particularly good unit in terms of how it is situated in Trailside 45. It is a little quieter than some others because it doesn’t face the busiest area of road. It is at the end of a long hallway and not close to the elevator. The beds are comfortable. The management team, Coastal Stay, responded promptly to communications. A few things in the unit could use updating: shower curtain liners, towels, bed linens. Trailside 45 is great for cyclists because the trail is right outside the building. The building management (which I believe is not the same as the management for this unit) does not sufficiently cover trash collection. We were there for 2 weeks and the same thing happened by the end of both weekends: the outdoor trash and recycling bins were wide open and overflowing. Consequently, people put their trash and recycling on the ground outside of the bins. This is unsightly and unsanitary. I especially would not have wanted to have a unit anywhere near these bins. Same goes for the outdoor trash cans. It appears they have trash pick up once per week and it needs to be more often.

Super cute!

I needed a weekend getaway for myself to recharge. I found this at a very reasonable price. It’s decorated super cute and has everything you need and little detail details you wouldn’t even think of. Would definitely stay again.

100% COMING BACK!

This property was very clean. Access to the room was easy. The hosts were always quick to respond. It was even bigger than we expected the place to be. It was a very accommodating place, there was extras of everything and plentiful cookware and dinnerware. This is the only place I’m ever staying if I am in traverse, it is right by the bay and nothing is more than 5 minutes away. it is right in the middle of everything! 1000/10 ! highly recommend !
