We enjoyed our vacation in Rodanthe. The house had the best views and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Will stay again.

Beautiful beachfront property! I could sit on the deck all day and watch the ocean waves on the sand. The beach is just steps away and the kids loved playing in the waves. Perfect place for our family beach trip.

Beautiful home, wonderful view, excellent well stocked kitchen, perfect location. The quick few step to the beach were a challenge for older guests with walking difficulties.

Wonderful home with spacious rooms and fantastic views. Decks were awesome with more than enough furniture to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and moonlit nights! Nice open kitchen and dining area with plenty of seating. Definitely look forward to coming back to this gorgeous home again!! Oh and the hot tub was much larger than I expected, very enjoyable stay and highly recommend

Excellent-All around!

The stay in Rodanthe was amazing. Location, cleanliness, well-stocked kitchen (except crock pot)! View of the ocean from two decks is amazing! Day trip to Hatteras, ferry to Ocracoke was a blast! Nights in Rodanthe house is a couple cottages away.Quiet, relaxing… just everything we wanted! We only used the third floor… it had everything we needed! Will definitely save this one for a future visit!

Late check in, almost 6pm before getting a notice. Kitchen, dining room and table and chairs were filthy. Cloth furniture was stained and dirty. Windows not cleaned at all. Beautiful views obscured by dirt streaks. Left personal property by accident, on bed and in closet, in plain view, and was never recovered. Response was pathetic, and we never got our belongings back. Beautiful location on beach, with beautiful deck to view and close proximity to beach was the saving grace. But, I would never return and Resort Realty, the property manager, is terrible.

Wonderful home to stay at the beach

We loved the house. It is such a shame that the homes around it on the beach are falling into the ocean. So sad. It was comfortable and warm in the rainy weather. Your contract rules say there is no use of grills on decks and only on concrete, but there is a grill located on the upper deck. We did not use it, but I thought i would point it out.

Rodanthe Spring Break

The house was perfect. Right on the beach. Hot tub was a plus. Had to call for mid week cleaning and inspection. As they did not show up on day scheduled. Dusting could have been a little more thorough dresser tops and under beds. The outside had boards that appeared to be in a hazardous spot. They should have been picked up Otherwise the location was good for our family. Would recommend.

Our family enjoyed a great week full of memories at this welcoming home. It was just right for our family of 7 adults and 5 children 6mo-10y. Beautiful oceanfront with great space for gathering in open top floor. Well stocked kitchen included everything we needed for the week. Plenty of games and puzzles, sand toys and a space under the home where the kids can play in sand if you have a rainy day . The 3 outside showers were used daily and very convenient. The beach was beautiful and not at all crowded. We will be returning to Sara’s next year!
