Welcome to the Perfect Spot!! Charming beach house located in desirable area of Oak Island, 3 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 bathrooms, room to park your boat, 2 min drive to municipal waterway boat ramp, 10-minute stroll to the beach, walking distance to shops and parks, 15 min drive to historic Southport and Caswell Beach lighthouse.
Our charming beach piling house in Oak Island is not only in an amazing location that's just a short walk to the beach, but it's also just a 2-minute drive to the boat ramp on the Intercoastal Waterway. Whether you're here to fish, sail, or just enjoy the water, you'll have easy access to everything you need to make the most of your stay.
In addition to its proximity to the beach and waterway, our home is also within walking distance of shops, parks, and other local attractions. You'll find plenty of opportunities to explore the area, whether you're strolling through the quaint shops and boutiques, or taking a leisurely walk through one of the many nearby parks.
And if you're looking to venture a bit further afield, you'll be happy to know that our home is only a 15-minute drive from both the charming town of Southport and the historic Caswell Beach lighthouse. These are two must-see destinations for anyone visiting the area, and you'll have easy access to both of them from our central location. You will be approximately 20 minutes to the ferry in Southport which will take you over to Fort Fisher. There you can enjoy the local attractions such as the aquarium, the Carolina Beach boardwalk or if you have a 4-wheel drive vehicle, you can enjoy a drive on the beach.

Fantastic house for our girls trip! It had everything we needed and location was perfect. Close to coffee, shopping and ice cream!

Great location with a great host
The house is clean and at an excellent spot near the beach. The host is very nice, helpful and is easy to get ahold of. I would definitely recommend this place to stay at.

We stayed at the Perfect Spot to celebrate my 60th birthday with my girlfriends. It was a beautiful house, with everything we needed ! Best girls wknd ever and will definitely stay there again !! They even allowed a late check out ! Perfect !

Absolutely perfect! Super comfortable, spotless, well stocked rental home situated just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need, the beds were comfortable, the living spaces were well apportioned with plenty of seating, comfy outdoor spaces provided plenty of options for us. Grocery store and coffee shop just a short walk. Owner graciously allowed use of the beach wagon which made the walk to the beach a breeze. One of the best rentals we’ve stayed in yet! Will definitely rent again when back to Oak Island.

Everything was beautiful. Very nice host, clean rooms, comfortable beds- best stocked house we have ever been to. Easy to arrive. Relaxed departure with simple instructions posted on the refrigerator. Relaxing screened in porch to read quietly. The Hammock to take a nap was my teen daughter’s favorite place. This house and the friendly people made me want to live on Oak Island. We had beautiful weather and the walk to the beach was super easy thanks to the wagon available to us. We loaded our chairs and walked two blocks. The road to cross is very busy. If you have young children it would be very important to be cautious. But even without a crosswalk - the cars stopped for people to cross! Amazing hospitality and friendly culture. Thanks for sharing your lovely home !! We hope we can escape real life to return and beach it again soon :)
