No paid parking worries here! Beach access 100 yards! No need for golf carts either!!

'Nail'D It' is a great four bedroom two bath house on second row with an unobstructed view. Beach access right across the street. Public fishing pier and restaurant across the street as well. Dog friendly with a pet stay fee. No need to get a golf cart, everything is a walk away with the beach access, pier shop, pier cafe, pier bar and Island Way all across the street.

One bedroom has a king bed, two bedrooms with queen sized beds and one room with two twin bunks (4 twin beds). One pull out couch in the living room if needed. A washer and dryer in the laundry closet. Fully outfitted kitchen with all the conveniences needed. Wi-Fi throughout the home. Linens are provided. One bath with a walk in shower and the other with a tub, both bathrooms have modern vanities, hair dryers and shampoo, conditioner as well as hand soap.

In the kids room, there are toys, books and a pack-n-play for use. We provide a clean crib sheet in the hall closet. Bath towels, hand towels, makeup towels and wash cloths in the hall closet. Beach towels if needed in laundry closet.

Kitchen is stocked with drip coffee maker, coffee girnder, blender, microwave, toaster, dishes, silverware, mixing bowls, measuring cups, kids plates, kids cups and bakeware. Enough daily glassware and plates for up to 12. Dishwasher for getting it all clean!

Bring sign in info for your streaming (Netflix/Hulu/Amazon etc.) accounts so you can access it on the smart TVs. The Bose radio has an aux input to play music from your phone/iPod/iPad and sounds great! Audio cables provided or use bluetooth.

Large front and back decks, both with gates, give your pets plenty of contained outdoor space.

Keyless code entry on the back door means you don't have to keep up with a key and everyone in your party always has access.

Last minute beach trip

Great location. Close to beach access. Ocean views from front deck. We’d choose this one again, for sure.

Great location just across the street from the beach. The deck was great with a view of the ocean, and the house had everything we needed. Would highly recommend

Awesome beach location

Great location and lots of living space. Ocean views in the morning, sipping on coffee were spectacular. Easy to get to grocery stores and restaurants. Would recommend to anyone planning a trip to Oak Island!

Family vacation

This is the second time we have stayed at Nail'd it. We love the house and location. Always very clean and has a well stocked kitchen with cookware and utensils.

Location and View can’t be beat!

We loved our stay is this cozy home. Sitting on the front deck and enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean was the favorite activity for everyone, including our dog! Well equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!

Family gatherings

We enjoyed our stay so much that we plan on making it an annual trip. My kids are spread amount 3 states so it was nice to get together without it being a festive holiday with all the cooking and cleaning.

An amazing time!!

We enjoyed the location!! It was a nice size for 10 people, toys were a blessing for the younger children, easy check-in, communication was very polite, and we enjoyed tv's in each room. Clean-up was very easy and posted nicely. Staying there made vacation, very enjoyable!!!! Will come back for sure!!! Thank you !!!

Perfect home

Overall property wise and property owner is great. Sadly ourbtrip was drastically cut short by hurricane debbie. We didnt get insurance so we are out all the money. We got to enjoy 3 days here. Weve stood here in 2019 and will stay again. This home has a special place in our hearts as we took our mother here for her 67th birthday and shes since past. You wont be dosappointed staying here

Great place!

We very much enjoyed our time at Nail'D It. Upon arrival we found the cottage clean and ready for the 3 couples that were celebrating birthdays. The house is nice with bright colors and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked. We enjoyed long conversations and laughter on the deck with a great view of the ocean. We'll return!

Nice, not our favorite, made it work!

Very nice hosts. The house didn't feel especially clean when we arrived - some dirty dishes and sticky stuff on the floors, so we spent some time cleaning ourselves. I let the hosts know. The location is nice, you get a view of the ocean and very central on OKI. The beds are a bit older, towels a bit older, no beach supplies. Kitchen was well stocked and it was definitely pet friendly. Overall a totally fine place to stay if the goal is quick walk to the beach and plenty of space!

This house Nailed’ it!

Fabulous location. Right across the street to the beach. The front porch is just perfect. House is a nice floor plan with 2 bedrooms and full bath on the right side and left side of the home and kitchen and living room in the middle! Lots of toys, coloring books, games, for kids and adults alike. The only thing I would have thought would make perfect is if they had an area with left over beach items like toys, chairs, umbrella ect. Butttt so many places close by to purchase those items. We will definitely be back!

Rejuvenating and Affordable!

This is my family and friends second trip to Oak Island but our first time this close to the beach! Great affordable location with ample space for our group of 8. Wonderful to roll out of bed and see the ocean right in front of you, walk across the street and be toes in the sand, or on the pier to fish. Love the quiet vibe of Oak Island and the comfort and beauty of this home. Emily couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating as we navigated our stay amidst the COVID crisis. Thanks for your care!

Need one more house

We have rented this property along with the one beside it for several years. We need one more house and rented one on 11th Ave this year. Would love to rent one on either side of these two. The houses are great with only minor issues like the hair dryer which needs to be hung and the soap dispenser in the same bathroom which doesn’t work. Otherwise, all good!

Family Vacation

My husband and I just returned from a beautiful weekend at Oak Island with our parents. Nail'D It was exactly that.....the perfect house that allowed pets and was steps away from the beach! Our only complaints were that they could use a new set of knives (couldn't even slice our tomatoes or limes), carpets in the bedrooms need to be cleaned, and we would've loved an ice maker! Other than that, you cannot go wrong with this rental. The house is nicely decorated and the bedrooms are spread out enough for privacy if you are traveling with other couples. The restaurant across the street is absolutely delicious (& very convenient). We ate there 2 out of the 3 nights while we were there. Southport is a "must-do" & just a quick 20 minute trip. We enjoyed Oak Island so much that we looked into several properties/houses while we were there!

Nail'd it, nail's it

We just returned from our Oak Island trip and it was wonderful. I asked my wife on our ride home what her favorite part was and she said the house. Nail'd it has everything you need for your vacation. The location is good, the kitchen well provisioned, clean and well maintained. We noticed a couple of small issues when we got there(one shower drain did not drain real well). A quick text to the owner and the maint guy was there within a couple of hours. The downstairs, outdoor shower is really nice as well. Us guys used it all week, freeing the upstairs bathes for the ladies. The beach area is nice, although not allot of beach left when the tide is in. I would recommend Bald Head Island, The Provision Company restaurant in Southport, and Carolina National Golf Club.
