Property was overall excellent. Could use better large pans for cooking. Outdoor cooking area was really nice, hot tub clean and the house was clean as well. Communication with the host was awesome.

We had an amazing time! The house was beautiful. We loved being able to take the golf cart to the beach, the bar area and hot tub was our go to nightly hang out spot and it was perfect! Very quiet neighborhood with extremely nice neighbors. 10/10 overall amazing place!

The house was perfect for 2 large families. Each set of parents had a master suite and the children were able to bunk in the other two bedrooms. The kitchen and living room were open and spacious with seating for everyone. The downstairs area was where we spent most of the time. The golf cart was an awesome bonus but the seatbelts can be a little tricky thanks to the exposure of the salty air. We really enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend this place to others.

AWESOME

It had everything we needed, and then some. The hot tub with the outside tvs was awesome.Plenty of space and the three bathrooms were great. Recommend it for sure!

We had a great time and the house was exactly like the pictures. It was beautiful and lots of space and loved the outdoor space, firepit, and golf cart!! Couldn't have asked for anything else!!! 5 Star!!

Love it!

Lovely home, immaculate and well maintained. Close to all and the added golf cart was a much appreciated benefit. Will be a repeat visitor next time we are in OKI!

Great house

House was as described. Very new construction. Lots of amenities. Golf cart was a huge plus. Highly recommend.

2025 Family vacation

This home lives up to the reviews. Spacious common areas and bedrooms are very comfortable. The house really almost has too much to offer with the outdoor spaces. We took full advantage of the included beach chairs and especially the GOLF CART - a must for getting around the island. Beach access is straight shot down 72nd St but crossing over E Oak Dr traffic can be a challenge midday. We will consider renting again if staying on Oak Island.

Fly Me To The Dune

Very nice home. 3 min golf cart ride to the beach. Beach access on the same road as home. Very close (5 mins) to restaurants, ice cream, gym, and grocery store. Wish the beds had a pillow top to make a little softer.

Family vacay

The house is very nice. The only issue we had was the house was not cleaned when we arrived and had to wait for that to be done. I recommend having coozies for guests to use. The bedroom with king bed on the far right did not have a bath mat to step on when getting out of shower. Other than that, it was great! Very comfortable seating in the living room and nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable.

The house was as-advertised. Definitely having the golf cart (LSV) was a selling point for us, and it was worth it. Getting the key took about 90 seconds, and use was perfect for the 6 of us staying there. The beach was just down the road and having the resident pass for parking was also awesome. Ample chairs for beach time as well.We used the hot tub nearly every night, and the location of a TV next to it allowed us to catch some March Madness and relax. Just as we walked in the house, a smoke alarm was beeping from a low battery. A quick text to the host and somebody was in and replacing the battery within MAYBE 5 minutes, probably less. She was super plesant as well.Definitely enjoyed the location to the beach, the public boat dock, the nature center, shops, everything. Like we said, the golf cart helped make everything a 5 or 10 minute trek away. The home was very clean. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The large table was perfect for our nightly family meals. Kitchen stools made for a perfect place for eating OKI Donuts and coffee.
